UPDATE! LIES,LIES,LIES! CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT YOU HAD OFFERED RETURN AND I DID NOT ACCEPT IT????? I'VE COPIED THE EMAIL FROM YOU HERE AND THE ONLY COMENSATION YOU OFFERED WAS €20! YOU NEED TO FIND THE WAY TO GET THIS SORTED IMMEDIATELY! I have never been offered return,but €20 refund! Return was not even mentioned! Please see cc email from customer service team. I am not sure if you have record of the communications between customer service and customers. If there was an option ,of course I would return the buggy and pay a little extra rather than spend again €400/500 for a new one to get the one which is up to 22kg. KG Baby and children provider I've ordered Cybex Melio in fact the inform on their website was and is still wrong. Melio is up to 22kg. When I've received the package I was disappointed to see up to 15kg on the booklet. I contacted customer service,they've offered €20 compensation ! What a joke!!! This is not going to cover even the shipping cost( we are based in UK) I was looking for a pushchair which is going to be used longer. Now we ended up paying for a buggy which we need to replace again next year! I am in a process finding out what action I need to take for false information given on the website . Before I wrote about my experience, I've checked their website and info is still the same even after complain. I would like to point that when you pay for the charge as is tho EU price was not cheaper than buying from UK. Regret! PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION ON OTHER WEBSITES TOO BEFORE YOU PURCHASE !

I was a little hesitant to order initially as I'm based in the UK and had never heard of this website before however, after reading some reviews, decided to go ahead. I am so happy to report that even though my item had to be shipped internationally, it arrived within a week and I had the peace of mind of being able to track the order at all times. The item arrived well packaged, in a timely manner and the product (a baby bouncer chair) was everything the website said it would be. Very happy customer - highly recommend!

I won’t order from this company again! Make sure to read the extra information from their website as it’s not clear. Next to each delivery company there is a estimation… It’s for them to actually dispatch your order. 3 days for available items! Then 2 weeks to receive my order with DHL… Received my order in a completely smashed box which was covered by tape. As nice as they are they offered me 15€ discount on my next order of 300€ (available code on their website for any client) lol Anyway I wish I’ve never ordered from them! UPDATE 🚧 To reply to their answer! First of all, you are sharing a response you have sent to me in public 😳 that show how much privacy with your clients is important! ALSO I've responded to your email and you came back with another email saying nothing were wrong! That I should of read everything...The problem is that you see it as a seller not as client experience! I didn't want to give more words to email as it would be a waste of time as you seem convince with your replies.

I was initially nervous about making such a large purchase on a bag I hadn’t seen in person but once the Mommy bag arrived, I was over the moon. The quality of the bag is tip top— the letters are stitched on, you can tell the bag was made to last the teat of time and bear the stress of being battered! Absolutely love the bag and if you too are hesitant, I would strongly recommend you take the plunge!
