The product is good. However, the delivery is not door to door. The product was finally stayed in the airport mail Centre and required extra effort to transfer it to district post office.

I saw that delivery time (to Japan) is 8 work days on the site when buying. But it took over 3.5 weeks and support stuff mailed me “it’s normal” with a Chinese greeting. 8 work days and 3.5 weeks are completely different.

Не понравилось изначальное недоверие к клиенту. Вынужден был звонить в банк для получения номера транзакции, потому что картой российского банка оплачивал не из РФ. И IP адрес не соответствовал адресу доставки. Продавца интересует источник средств покупателя и адресат заказа?

I ordered a Doona Liki Trike 5 in 26 December 2020. I have NOT received it. First, the delivery was delayed due to Covid, which was understandable. I then was told my order was shipped in 7 January 2021 and was excitedly waiting for it to arrive for my son. It never arrived. It was signed for by someone that wasn't me or anyone in my flat or my concierge. I contacted kidsroom.de and they told me I had to wait for a DHL investigation, which had a LEGAL DEADLINE of 8 weeks. It's now 11 April 2021 and I haven't received a refund or received my order or had any more of an update other than that they need more time . This is insane. My son will grow out of the use of his bike before he even receives it, if he ever would! I'm totally disgusted with the customer service! DO NOT buy from them if you're in the UK.

Hello, I ordered from your site since transportation was 1-3 days. At the end I got my stroller 6th of April. My flight left 3rd of April to Italy and I needed that stroller. I paid 22 EUR for DHL and it did not meet my request. I'm not happy! Regards, Anniki
