Feb 20,2021Unfortunately I'm like many other poor souls who have fallen foul to the kidsroom DHL postage sob story. Ordered item December 27 2020. Only until I emailed last week was I told of the DHL "investigation" that will take 10 weeks....blah blah blah...then they need to review in writing blah blah blah. My wife and I have purchased many other items from Denmark and Germany over the years and they have been fantastic! (Not from this company) Throwing away $200 Euros isn't fun, especially when your fed all this crap about DHL and it's not their fault, and they can't possibly refund you until some bogus investigation is concluded..... Anyway, buyers beware, if your anywhere outside of the EU maybe try somewhere else. These guys aren't worth the hassle. Lesson learned, I will just buy local here in Australia from now on. Thought I should just let you all know prospective buyers. I'm assuming alot of the 5 star reviews too are fake as the kidsroom people are very active in responding to reviews. So I dare say they spend more time trying to convince people they are a legit operation then actually being one!!! lol. Poor form guys. Anyway, All the best! Cheers.

Kidsroom is one of the few children websites which deliver to Saudi Arabia. I am totally satisfied about the service and can’t t wait to order more baby stuffs again.

Trækker pengene dagen efter og nu efter en god uge har jeg stadig ikke modtaget noget, hverken på mail eller i form af mine vare. Og de svare ikke på mailen når man prøver at kommunikere med dem. Det er sidste gang jeg handler der og anbefaler ikke andre at gøre det

Feb 10,2021We bought in November a baby car seat, never received it. I could see that this item was either lost or stuck somewhere from the 5th of December. I asked them beginning of January to lodge an investigation, they did nothing before end of January. We are talking about a baby car seat, the most important baby safety item. When I was two weeks of my due date. I asked them what to do as I really need this car seat. They asked me to buy a new one with express shipping (160euros!!!). I ordered a new one. Then two days after buying the second one, the first one arrived (three months after buying it). The package was highly damaged!! Now I am left with two car seats and they said they cannot compensate me!!! such a horrible company. Avoid it!

When we received the package the outside box was fine, but the box with the product was taped, so it look it have been used/opened before. I open the box and the goods inside was fine and covered in extra plastic. So I was happy again 👍🏻👍🏻 Will recommend this company, and use it again
