We ordered the seat and it was delivered to Ireland in under a week. The communication and tracking on our shipment was brilliant and the box arrived perfectly packaged and intact. If I have to be honest, I was a little bit worried about whether the chair would arrive or not because it's not cheap, but I decided to trust the kids-room.com shop and they won my trust! Apr 08,2021Most unprofessional lady in the Kundenservice. Never got our stroller who cost more than 1500€. More than one month we are waiting for it. No consideration for the fact that we will have a baby in one week and that the stroller do not arrived. The worst part is that it is up to us to phone to ask where our stroller is and to be told that it is back at the sender 2 TIMES. More than unprofessional website.
