Jun 11,2021Finally received my item, and paid extra for Customs, but while ordering supposed to be all charges inclusive. Delivery took 2-3 weeks, while ordering it was 2-3 days. Item is good, but be ready to wait more and for additional local charges. Also, in Dubai they give to Empost for local delivery, so would be better if they delivery via DHL or other international couriers. Empost tracking number doesn't work, only at final stage.

Jun 05,2021I would never buy from this site ever again. First I was told I would have a postage label for returns given to me. Then it changed to I had to pay to send back my order which was missing an item. I paid £150 to send back to Germany from U.K. as I had to pay custom charges too. Since receiving the item back, it’s been over a week and still no refund has been given (£430) and no contact from their “premium customer service” i am so appalled by the lack of contact. Still waiting for my refund also! Don’t buy from site if your not 100% sure on the products.
