Feb 06,2025I didn’t receive one of the items I ordered but received a email from the USPS that the item was delivered but in Springfield Ohio not my address in Wisconsin.I sent them a email which did nothing so I called customer service she told me to contact the deliverer so I did they could do nothing told me to contact the company so I sent another email and finally got a message that my item would arrive soon. I spent to much time trying to get a response and was extremely frustrated on the response I received.

Wonderful product for a seriously older grandma to transport her little guy for many years to come. Saved over a hundred dollars by buying from Kidsy. Like getting a deal from Costco. Will certainly shop on this site for other items and recommend to friends and family.
