Jan 31,2025We took a gamble on the item and website seeing as it seemed too good to be true. The item we purchased was a new open box stroller. The description said the item was new but the box was damaged. The item was in fact brand new and the box was indeed damaged. The price was leaps and bounds better compared to Amazon or target, etc. even with the purchase of a 1 year warranty and making the item returnable.

Jan 31,2025the shipping and contact with Kidsy was very good. The drone was easy to learn how to fly. Great for beginners. After flying it a few times, one of the motors stopped working and it was very difficult to find a replacement. Snaptain was no help and they could not even give me the specs on the motor so I could research it myself. They said that they could not do anything for me because I purchase the drone through Kidsy and not Snaptain.

I am the grandparent so the prices here were perfect since I won't have baby full time, just occasionally. Delivery was a little slower than I would have liked but we made it work. Overall, very happy with the service.

Jan 31,2025I appreciated the price and ease of ordering. Shipping was fine. BUT the car seat and the box smelled so so bad like febreeze or glade or something. It was so completely soaked that it made the rug where I opened the box smell for days. Our family doesn’t use artificial fragrances so it was really apparent and gave me a headache. I reached out to the company and they said they don’t use scented products in their warehouse. They blamed the delivery driver (UPS) but I know it’s not the case because another package delivered the same day didn’t have this issue. I can only assume that it was a previously owned (but unused or opened) and sat in someone’s home where they used a ton of air freshener. I had to let the car seat off gas on the front porch for two days. I don’t think I’ll buy something for my sensitive baby second hand like this again.

Jan 31,2025I purchased an open box but not used carseat from Kidsy. When i opened the box the carseat had been used. It had baby spit up on it. I emailed Kidsy and they got back with me fast. The gave me two options. To return the product or you refund $30.
