Oct 22,2021Amazing service! Rang the shop to make sure the product I wanted was in stock. Melissa checked for me and confirmed it was. Order sent same day, and I didn't ring until after 12 noon, then received the following morning; less than 24 hours. All packed carefully and appropriately. I will certainly order from this company again and highly recommend.

Oct 02,2021My first order was ok, however, I placed an order in Sept. and have not received it. I decided to cancel my order after reading other bad reviews. You cannot reach anyone on the telephone, there is just a recorded message despite telephoning numerous times at different times of the day. There doesn't seem to be any way of checking the progress of your order on the website either, In the end I have sent emails & to date have not had an acknowledgement of my cancellation. I am out of pocket & will need to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund.

Sep 07,2021I came across this company whilst browsing on line looking to add to my collection of Old Country Roses dinner set. From sending my first order I was kept updated about my package right up to it arriving. I have just recieved my 2nd order a canteen of cutlery which I am delighted with. There is a wait for one of my orders but in the current pandemic it is to be expected. The packaging is great the prices are excellent, I will deffinatly be using this company again.
