I recommend buying some great New Zealand skincare products from Trilogy, like their mist toner. I have been working with these guys for several years and have never had a hiccup. I have been submitting orders for three years. In that period of time Kiwi has demonstrated a great ability to fill every order perfectly, on time, and should an unexpected problem occur - a lousy mailman for instance - act immediately to correct the problem. I never write reviews or take the time to respond to ratings, but in this case, I give my highest accolades. I also give my thanks to Kiwi for their customer service and attention to detail.
I have arthritis joint pain and the meds I can get from Kiwi are way less expensive than though my doctor and pharmacy at home. Some of the meds can take a while if not shipped from New Zealand. Most of the time my orders arrive within 2 or 3 weeks but I have had maybe 3 times over the past 5 years where orders got hung up and took a month or so to arrive. When I contacted customer service I got responses and assurances right away that my order was on its way. I have not found any other online pharmacy that compares. Kiwi has my vote as best online pharmacy on the internet!

I've used Kiwi pharmacy for years. They are the "Nordstrom" of pharmacies - great product, fair price, and superb customer service. A couple of years ago I had small glitch with order. They fixed it and refunded me for my inconvenience. I'll recommend them to anyone. Truly they're the best.

Really great customer service -they reply quickly to inquiries and when one of the orders didn't arrive they replaced it with no questions. Have used them for years and I am very happy with them.
It's been 10 days. They cashed my check. The Dr. faxed my prescription. The Dr. tried 2 different fax numbers. The Dr. said the fax went through the second time. They won't tell me if they got the fax. They won't answer my emails. There have been 18 emails. I'm afraid I have lost my $100.
I had placed an order with Kiwi previously and although it did take a while longer for my order to arrive, the customer service was prompt, courteous and efficient. I did not hesitate to use them a second time. This time, however, Kiwi has been unresponsive to my emails and eventually to the point of rude making out as though it was my fault. They claimed to have sent me emails and that they were waiting for me to respond.... Like any diligent human being I checked all my mail boxes, spam, junk, old, trash, but to no avail, no such email exsisted informing me the item was back ordered. After pointing this out to them I am back at square one, waiting again for a response. Sorry, but time to cancel the order and put a big black mark against what was initially a promising company to do business with.
I placed several orders with them earlier this year and they were great. Fast response, good shipments, great service. Then on 3/20 I received an email that my next order was processing and since then they appear to have fallen off the earth. I never received that order that was processing or a confirmation it shipped. I have sent over 6-8 emails since 3/30 asking what happened and only get robo email responses that they will respond but never do. I tried calling their number and all I can do is leave a message and they have not responded to these either. The last robo response emails have said " good news, your issue has been elevated to a manager who will contact you within 3 days. In two weeks and several of these "good news" email responses I still have not been contacted. All I am trying to find out is did it ship since it was in processing, why not and when will it ship. Not hard questions. Somehow they have gone from being great to now I wonder if they are even in business anymore ? Does anyone know if the went out of business ? There is one shipment to go on order 457615 and the next order placed was "Thank you for your order (469354) from Kiwi Drug (kiwidrug.com). " With-in an hour of posting my review above a representative called " John " sent me an update apologizing for the lack of response and promised to correct the problem asap. To be fair, until I receive the delinquent shipment and the follow on order I can say for certain they are back to the outstanding service I had received in the past but they " John " responded and appears to be on top of correcting the situation. When I receive the shipments I will update this and honestly correct the rating back to 4-5 stars which is what I would have given them based on past experiences. Update as of 4/26 - They have no caught up with the delinquent orders and are communicating in a timely fashion. The reliable company that I was used to working with in the past is now back and I am very happy. I will continue to use them and am very happy they are doing a good job again.

Apr 17,2016Like everybody else, I was a little nervous sending a check at first, because you can't "dispute" a paid check the way you can dispute a PayPal payment if there's a problem with the product or transaction. My order did take over 2 weeks to get to me, but when it showed up, it was exactly what I ordered. Since my first order in 2011, I've re-ordered approximately every 3 or 4 months and I've received all of my orders. Occasionally, their supplier screws something up, but the company always resolves it fairly...more than fairly, actually. If you're skeptical, just make your first order a small one to limit your risk and don't keep checking the tracking # daily (because the supplier often takes a while to get it entered or shipped after it's first generated). A couple of weeks later (sometimes sooner), whatever you ordered will be in your mailbox. I have zero reservations recommending this company.
