Mar 29,2016I am very happy with Kiwi Drug.I do not take many medicines but if I have a headache or a cold the only aspirin product that suits me is Aspro clear,sadly no longer available in the UK.I ordered some on 20/3/16,Kiwi emailed to say dispatched on the 21st and it arrived today the 29th with Easter in between(I paid standard postage without tracking)I have had orders posted in the UK take longer.The first time I ordered from them it took a day or two longer but totally positive experience for me. Also the Aspro use by date is 2018,important for an occasional use product. It's great to have''the world as your shop'' and I know from experience there are some baddies out there but I do like to give credit where it is due,so Well Done Kiwi Drug!

Mar 05,2016The customer service (via email) of this company is excellent. When I had a problem with delivery of my medication, they responded to my email within 24 hours and resent the product. I received my order about 3 1/2 weeks later with no problem. I was able to track my order. I will be ordering from this company again.

Feb 24,2016I have, for several years, found Kiwi Drug to be reputable, dependable, and trustworthy. Furthur, they are quite professional in dealing with their patrons' questions re any of their products. But what distinguishes them is their honesty---whether it is helping someone who mistakenly ordered something---and a refunds to be made---and it is. If a delivery ---for some reason--gets lost in transit---a polite email to them ensures a prompt response and a resolve to fix the situation. I find them more concerned, more helpful than any of the chain drugstores. Thus, I rely on them, with confidence.

Feb 11,2016This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with online. I set up my account and sent in my script for my pets medication, had everything approved and was even told that it was being packaged to be shipped, so at that time, the bill was paid. I have yet to receive anything from them, this includes an e-mail, phone call or the medication. I have tried to call them on many occasions, you only get a voice mail saying they are busy, but try to email them to get a faster reply...good luck, after many e-mails, still nothing. Now they keep sending coupons to my e-mail for my next refill, you have to be kidding me! DO NOT USE THEM!

Feb 02,2016I've been using Kiwi Drug for a couple of years now and have never had any problems. Shipping has been good, even considering the distance. They have always been prompt in replying to a question. Prices are better than any I can get anywhere else. I would highly recommend this company.

Jan 12,2016Kiwi's support staff and service is very refreshing. They respond in minutes to any inquiries and I highly recommend them. They ship their products immediately and they are always delivered ahead of my expectations. On the one occasion that my package did not arrive, they reshipped it the same day I notified them. Extremely satisfied and a 3 year client.

Dec 29,2015I placed my order 21 days ago and the money for my order was immediately processed and taken, yet 21 days later my order still hasn't been shipped. My account still says the order is under physician review. I have sent multiple emails asking when my order will be shipped and have gotten no response at all. I find it completely unacceptable to take my money and not ship my order upon withdrawing the money from my checking account.

Order came faster than I imagined and product was exactly as ordered, customer service is excellent they always got back with me within 2 hours or less! I reviewed other pharmacys this was the first one I've ever ordered from an will continue too!

Oct 29,2015I am glad I used Kiwi Drug. First let me say they Always returned my emails within a few hours and always got an answer. I never had any issues, from ordering, to paying to receiving my product. I especially liked the quick responsive emails. And they were courteous as well. I did also get my product a few days before I expected. I will use them next month as well. Took me a while to find a very good reputable company that offered the products I needed, had easy payment and received the RIGHT order. I have ordered mail order before and this was by far the best. I usually never take much time to rate transactions such as Amazon and Ebay, I but felt this was a very good experience and thought that needed to be shared.

Oct 29,2015I have had nothing but good experiences with Kiwi drug especially answering EMAIL. if a problem arises its rectified immediately, deliveries are on time personnel respond quickly and are concerned about you and their quality of service. i have a bank that has trouble with transactions and they are very patient with that bank. i will always use Kiwi. postal services mess up but Kiwi doesn't. I will use Kiwi as long as they are around having inspired loyalty they deserve it.

Sep 24,2015Not only have I experienced long delays in delivery of product, my family members have experienced the same. The customer service is non-existent, unavailable, unresponsive to e-mail and uncaring when they do respond. This company does not deserve your business.

Sep 17,2015I don't understand this company nor the good reviews as my experience has been terrible. I ordered and was charged the same day on my credit card. 7 days later when checking on my orders daily, it continued to say "physician review". I would email and Never got a clear answer from anyone at their company as to why or what was taking so long. Meantime they charged my card and their answer to that, is they have to charge you BEFORE the physician reviews your order?? But in a week No one reviewed my order, they knew I was temporarily in the address that I had ordered the items to be delivered. I was leaving the country and needing to get them prior to departure. Totally Wasted an entire week when I could have been buying them elsewhere and had them delivered prior to leaving. Now its too late. Never got a person to answer WHY or what the issues were. had to demand 3x to get my credit card refunded and finally had to threaten to call my card company and say they were a Fraudulent company and fraud charges. then ASAP I got my refund and Never did they try to fill my order. Bizarre company go elsewhere!
