The email i sent was responded to the same day and the products were resent after a few more days just to ensure the first parcel wasn't late. The communication was accurate and very timely. I will be reusing KiwiDrug in the future, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Aug 31,2015When the FDA, in their infinite wisdom, passed and mandated that all inhaled asthma drugs needed to be CFC free that drove the prescription price of Ventolin Inhalers from $10.00 a piece to over $100.00 a piece. I travel a lot for work and could always find the inhalers internationlly at a much lower cost. and I did purchase some in Chile at $7.00 each and purchased about 30 - so when my wife was running low I searched the internet for an alternative pharmaceutical company and found Kiwi Drug and they are the lowest cost provider I could find. So we will definitely use them again.

Aug 28,2015I have ordered from the company 2 times in 1.5 months and got both of my shipments in 8 to 10 days, I live in the USA. I have never waited more than 3 hours for an email response, and most of the time they respond is 2 to 10 minutes. They told me the rules of living in the USA and ordering certain products and I have followed them and have not had a problem. Now if you order 3 boxes of something at once, and it is not First Class Letter, then yes customs with probably frown upon that. I am in the process of getting my third order shipped and it should be here in 3 more days, already went through customs. Also I have mailed a money order to them for a prescription renewal. I emailed them to let them know I mailed the money order and they should be getting it in about a week, they emailed back and said thanks for the update and told me as soon as the got the money they would let me know and the order would be finished processing. I really don't understand some of the negative reviews and maybe some people are not being honest about what they are ordering, are trying to break the law, but blaming it on Kiwi drug. It is not their responsibility to know every law for every country, although they were able to help me with US laws and I have not had a problem. Just wanted to share, hope this helps someone.

Aug 25,2015This purchase was my first one ordering medications on line. I felt a little unsure, but the process was clear and the delivery was astonishingly quick. I was anticipation weeks and it was a few days. The price was also less than I had anticipated.

Jul 06,2015I found this company online a few months ago and decided after doing some research that I would place an order. I was shocked at how quickly my order got to me and my shipping was free. Their online physician reviewed my prescription as I answered questions. The drugs I ordered were in the well known manufacturers bubble packages and it was the same drug that I used to get here locally for more money. Their customer service is outstanding. I can't say enough good things. I have just placed my second order and I have no reason to look for another online pharmacy. If you want an excellent company that deliver exactly what they say, then Kiwi Drug is it.

Jun 02,2015Kiwi Drug sells flonase, which until very recently, has not been sold without a prescription in the U.S. I have had allergies to my cats and other environmental substances. A former primary care doctor ordered me to "get rid of my cats." She was fired and I bought flonase from wonderful Kiwi Drug! Will be having septoplasty surgery next month and probably will not need the flonase, as most allergy problems in my case originate from deviated septum. Could not afford the surgery until qualifying for Medicare. Could not have surgery last year after qualifying for Medicare because became gravely ill with a spinal infection requiring surgery and two months of hospitalization. Acquired a staph infection from volunteering with feral cats and it moved to my spine. Six weeks on I.V. antibiotics. Fun, fun, fun! Cats are the bain of my existence but flonase has helped me to keep my own kitties. THANK YOU!

Jun 02,2015Kiwi Drug has been a virtual life-saver in all respects for me. I have problems and they solve them fairly for me. The Kiwi Team (Dream Team) is wonderful to work with, and I've never had any better customer service. Customs confiscates and Kiwi takes care of it. When was the last time YOUR pharmacy didn't try to make their mistake your fault? Kiwi just doesn't do this. I want to marry you! Thanks Kiwi!

May 29,2015After placing an order on Kiwi, the product was promptly packaged and delivered. Upon receipt, I noticed that while the active ingredient was correct, the specific brand I was expecting was different. Within two days of alerting Kiwi customer service to the discrepancy, the correct product was being packaged and shipped to me at no charge (They also did not trouble me with returning the off-branded item). Better customer service than Amazon (and that's saying something).
