Apr 30,2015Your company is very responsive to email inquiries. I'm glad that you now have expedited shipping. I just haven't experienced yet if this really speeds up delivery time. I wish that you would automatically apply any discounts to any order that is made within any given month. Sometimes you send notifications of discounts for 48 hours and they are sent to email during the week. Some of us only check our emails on the weekend. You should have special discounts for individuals birthday months. It's a shame that you can no longer get zapain. There was such quick delivery from your time of order. Are there any other equivalents that you can order thru UK supplier.? I appreciate that you send out emails on new medications. Thank you so much.

I have used several difference means of payment and have never had any problems with processing my orders. They have saved me money and time, I highly recommend them as a Five Star Plus Company.

Apr 28,2015I've been ordering meds through Kiwi for sometime now, and as unlikely as it sounds, their service has improved since I first started using them. The turn around time from order to delivery is about half as long as when I first began ordering here. All I can say is thanks and keep it up!

Apr 28,2015I have ordered from Kiwi Drug for years. They have some astonishingly good prices on items that are horribly expensive in the US. I usually receive my orders quite quickly considering out respective locations and whenever there has been a minor snafu they have always rectified the problem without any further issues. I'm REALLY glad they exist and will continue to do business with them in the years to come. Thanks Kiwi Drug!

Apr 27,2015Kiwi has a good selection and I have bought several items from them in the past. I stopped using them when they added an outrageous surcharge for using a credit card. A credit card is the only safe way (sort of) to shop online.

If there are times when something is late they always make good on their promises with another order or discount or whatever it takes to make me happy. I have absolutely no complaints!!

Apr 27,2015I have only had one bad experience when I recieved some type of medication that tasted like turpentine that kept coming up. When I told them about it they did make it good. The only reason that I am reluctant to order from them any more is because they want me to put my checking account number on the bottom of a check to pay for my order. This is too risky. Why cant they use a credit card instead?

Apr 26,2015I have had very good experiences ordering from KiwiDrug, and I am a resident of the US. Shipping has always been quick, items are reliable, and the one shipment issue I had was resolved quickly and their customer service agents are helpful and friendly. While some items are pricey, I am paying far less for other things than I am able to afford at home and they have been a lifesaver.
