Need Improved Healthcare
Apr 26,2015I have ordered Nurofen Plus, in the past without issue, and received it promptly. I use it for period cramps & migraines when needed. The last shipment which should have arrived as usual, was taken & held by Customs. They sent me a letter stating that my package contains a controlled substance & federal regulations prohibit import of it. I wish that Reckitt Benckiser could work with US govt to allow this medication through. This med is affordable & not as expensive as the Dr's & scripts here. Nobody should have to suffer pain because they can't afford the Dr, be made to feel like they are addicts when they have pain or go bankrupt trying to get medical care/medication.

Apr 25,2015Being a U.S. citizen I am greatly angered at the usurious prices big pharma gets for drugs over here. The profit margins are astronomical and many people are often not able to afford medications that they desperately need. Fortunately my wife and I are not in that situation, but I still resent having to pay ridiculous sums for common, everyday drugs. I have been ordering from Kiwi Drugs for a couple of years and have consistently found their pricing to be quite reasonable for the same formulations, shipping costs are reasonable, and shipping is prompt. Their site is easy to navigate and their communication first rate. I heartily recommend Kiwi drug .

Apr 25,2015Was able to find the medications I needed at a fraction of the cost of what I am charged for a doctor's visit and prescription. The selection/checkout process is quick and intuitive. The shipping takes a while so make sure you order with that in mind and you should be as happy with using Kiwi as I am.

Apr 25,2015Nancy Smith 4/01/15 i received your product and it didnt look like it was from kiwi drug????? Did you send me my order via India? and never received an response. There was one in my account but it refused to open it. If it was the correct drug...then why did i order Tramadol 50mg and India sends me Tramadol 75mg SR????? no response from you, not even a phone call, a drug that is different then what i ordered, and from a country that was never used with this company before.

Apr 25,2015You used to be the best of the best and I referred you many times to friends. But somewhere, shipments got lost, or routed to wrong addresses. Requests to notify me when a shipment was sent went unanswered. You seem to be constantly running specials, it seemed, to make up for this reduction in service. I won't complain too much on prices, but I will say, the same merchandise I got from you for 4 years, is almost half the price at home, and in the U.S. (the last country to fight the idea of barganing collectively for prescriptions, making us 15x higher than the rest of the world), that's saying something. What happened? Less service, less communication, more price, fewer selections. This seems the most wrong direction to be going.

Apr 25,2015I have been buying from Kiwi Drug for few years now. Here in US too many laws in regards to "every day" drugs such as allergy control. Kiwi provides some of the stuff that I need "day by day" without prescriptions and it helps bunch. Thank You.

Apr 26,2015They are quick to email you back, normally in 24 hours. Tracking is difficult, so things can take a long time to arrive. The price on the item I buy from them has gone up twice in the last eight months. The price increase is kind of a problem for me.
