Finally, checking the car on returning, it did not take long and promptly offered a lift back to the airport. One thing I believe needed to be addressed is the offered car insurance. It is literally 10 times what AXA offers, though I was keen to use the Klass one ;)

Jan 27,2024I had a great experience hiring a car from Klass Wagen at Budapest airport. 🙏 I booked online friday night 8pm ish before my flight took off from London, got confirmation straight away and 3 hours later when I got there all went incredibly smooth. Pick up from airport easy and quick. Staff extremly friendly, kind and helpful even in the middle of the night 🙏 Returned the car sunday early hours 3 am, again very friendly, kind, quick and professional staff and service. I can not emphasize how much it means when people are friendly, helpful and kind. Makes a huge difference. Paired up with good price and professional service. Best car hire experience I ever had. Recommend it for everyone, no doubt. Cheaper than a taxi there and back from the airport ;) I will be back for sure. Thanks for all the staff and the company to make life easier, in the emergency I had to travel, made a huge positive difference
