Jan 22,2024Reference: Bud-1430181369327. I must say that my experience with Klasswagen was one of the highlights of my trip. It started when I met my now good friend Gabor who was driving the shuttle. I had some very nice conversation with Gabor which made me understand why Klasswagen is such a special company. The great and extremely friendly service continued at pickup with Monika and Daniel at dropoff. Quick, efficient and extremely friendly. I feel like a part of the family. While the reviews of Klasswagen are quite good, I was a bit concerned because my credit card gives me insurance and there were some reviews that warned that things won't go well if you don't buy Klasswagen insurance. I assume that these reviews come from people who are abusive of the cars. I was careful with the car as if it were my own and there was no excessive checking. I brought the car back the same way as I had taken it and I was off in minutes with a smile and a friendly handshake.

The service is very professional and the staff give the customer 'that personal touch' The cars are 1-2 years old and very clean & tidy when you pick them up. Competitive prices. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Jan 14,2024Your service was complete! We were picked up immediatly, actually the shuttle arrived before us! Picking up the car went smoothly, and returning the car at 4:00am also went quickly, with the fantastic shuttle service 24x7. But here I have to stress the unbelievable service we received from Csilla the shuttle driver when while booking in at the airport desk we noticed my handbag with my passpoert etc. was GONE! ...in a panick we made a few phone calls and there & behold it was found in the shuttle van... Csilla came rushing back to the airport at 4:30 in the morning at -9֯c!! and came like an angel from heaven to the zone where we were booking in!!

Jan 13,2024Efficient transport from and to airport. Had a long term hire with their insurance. It was cost effective and no headaches. I've been told the winter tires were just set, probably this is why the wheels were not very well balanced. Other than that the car was good for what I needed.
