I ordered a textbook from Knet, returned on time in perfect condition as I used the book only one time, yet they charged my credit card full replacement value of $382.91 due to water damage or maybe it never arrived, they were not sure. They did not return emails, have no phone number and offered NO proof my book was damaged in any way except the photo below. Seriously?! What book is this? Is it even the book I ordered? DO NOT ORDER from this company
The book was packaged poorly and then delivered in the rain. This means that half the book got soaking wet and is now wrinkly. This was a really expensive book to now have wrinkly pages. Bummer.
You guys provide cheap book rentals for college students.
The physical book arrived as stated. However I liked the ebook option because of its features.
good price, good company. I like the short-term rental option because I'm on the quarter system.
This company is 2 for 2! I will continue to rent books from here. The books arrive in great condition, returns are easy. I have tried other sites, I will stick with this one.
The book came quickly and packaged well! Thank you!
I wish I could’ve given negative stars. I paid for my book and still haven’t received it and you people don’t respond to emails yall should get convicted for theft. Absolutely terrible way to conduct business
Great fast service, book is in excellent condition
When they couldn't find my book, they cancelled my order and refunded my money but why even advertise or offer a book that you do not have or cannot find?
Great price. Great shipping.
1st time ordering with them and it was great. Book is in great condition and arrived on time. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!
It was great. I'm glad I got my ENTJ book on time.
My son rented one textbook for his first semester in college, which he ended up not using. In fact, he never unwrapped it. At the end of last semester, he shipped it back using their Knetbooks preprinted label, via UPS before the deadline. He/I have received a multitude of emails from Knetbooks since saying 1) the book was returned damaged and 2) the book was never returned. Neither claim is true. I've emailed the company several times. This morning, I received an email explaining what will happen to my credit if this account goes into collections. There is no number to call on their website. If anyone knows it, please let me know so I can have a reasonable conversation with these people.
I received my book quickly. The packaging kept the book in great condition, without any tears or bends.
Ordered an older edition of Seeley's A&P textbook (in good condition) for $6.57 on the 21st, it shipped from Ohio, and then arrived to California on the 28th.
Didn't ship the books. Charged for the books before shipping. Refunded the money, deducted a portion of the money.
It’s been over a week since my order was placed. No response from Knetbooks about the status of my order, no info on shipping. Yet I’ve now received two emails asking me how happy I am with my shopping experience. Maybe spend more effort on order fulfillment and less on trying to garner favorable reviews?
Found what I needed. Good price. Arrived quickly. Exactly what I needed.
