I got exactly what I wanted & the delivery time frame quoted was actually a day early. This (brand new) book is beautiful but came with a significant crease in the front cover that I will live with and not worth returning for a replacement. I will buy my next text book from Knetbook

tracking wasn’t always up to date but arrived super quick. minor wears and tears but other than that this website was great, definitely getting future textbooks from here.

Thank you so much for getting me the book in time for my first exam. The rental cost was reasonable and it’s for the full semester. I’m excited about my Kinesiology class and I’m sure this book will be a big help.
My book came on the day it was scheduled.
I placed and order and immediately had to cancel an item. The order showed that my cancellation was pending, I reached out to customer service via the chat and was told they couldn't see the order for at least a half hour (what? This is 2024 and it was a digital order.) The cancellation in progress was then completely disregarded and the books shipped a couple of days later. I tried to use the chat at least 8 times over the next few days and was only connected twice and the agent on the other end NEVER answered the chat. I then emailed the company and finally got a response that was completely boilerplate and told me that I would have to send the book back for a refund AND that would be less the restocking fee. I replied that I should not have to pay the 15% restocking fee as this was not my error and after a few more boilerplate responses and my subsequent frustration, was assured that I would be refunded in full. The absolute lack of human-centered customer service sent me over the top with this company. The shipping wasn't fast, I couldn't speak to anyone directly in a helpful way and it was just an all-around hassle. Supposedly I have been refunded but I'm waiting to see that that has happened (still have a few days to see it credited to my card.) I also find it funny on their review page that nearly every one of the unhappy customers had been contacted but didn't respond. Give me a break Knetbooks, it's highly unlikely that 9 out of 10 people couldn't be reached by your company. Just do better. College students have way more going on than to have this kind of trouble. Booksrun and Chegg have been amazing to deal with.
