Sep 23,2020Ordered on 24th of August and the package never arrived. Contacted them and they asked me to check my 'post box and post office' (don't have a post box and have received no slip to say its at the post office) they said they would start an investigation and I haven't heard anything since. It said that if I cancel my account before they get back to me the investigation would be affected however my subscription date was looming and I refuse to be charged again for no product so I've accepted that I'm out of pocket. Really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Have been blocked from commenting on Facebook otherwise I would be posting everywhere for people to AVOID.

Sep 23,2020Placed my very first subscription on August 15th, package never arrived and was given the run around for weeks via email, finally reached out via Facebook only to be told an investigation was being launched and it would take 2-4 business days .... its now September 22 and im still waiting for a response and being ignored through email and Facebook. Second subscription was billed to my credit card September 15 so we shall see if that arrives. I will most likely be disputing these charges with my credit card and cancelling my subscription since no one cares to respond back and I have zero products and out over $50

Sep 23,2020If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. For starters, I got a wrong size in my FIRST order, they asked me to take a pic and send it to them and they would fix it. Then they told me they'd send it in my next order. When I told them I was not interested in placing a second order, they told me "well sorry, thats how we do replacements." I then tried to log into my account and cancel and there was no account associated to my email. Even though I have the confirmation email for my order that was sent to the account they can't find. After customer service managed to reinstate my account and I cancelled, I got an attempted charge for another order. Even though from my account, it says that i only had a one month subscription and I was assured there would be no further charges. When I tried to contact them on Facebook, they blocked me from commenting. But apparently I am lucky because several people have told me that they paid the money and never got the product. This company is crazy shady and of course there is no phone number to reach them at. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Sep 23,2020Signed up, parcel didn't arrive, customer service poor they don't send with tracking. They say they can't investigate unless you have a live subscription which means if it falls over a payment date they will just try and take more money. Don't bother

Sep 22,2020Not sure why all the bad reviews? I have been getting from them for 4 months, I have loved all but one pair of underwear. all fit, comfy, decent material for the price (you can't expect luxury items for $3.50 a piece ). Ya the mail took a while but I still received every pair. one time the mail did take longer then expected and they responded super quickly about the issue and I recived them the next day. There are some people saying they ordered a bunch of swimsuits...? I have personally never seen swimsuits on the site. The Canadian site doesn't look like they carry swim suits. I did order the bralette but with my busty chest it didn't offer much support....But I wasn't surprised for $8 I think all these bad reviews are people expecting luxury....if you want luxury spend your $$$

Sep 22,2020The clothes are really cheaply made I never recieved my last order and they won't even send a replacement. Their customer service is slow and it's just automated responses. I've been trying to get help for two weeks.

Never got my order, emailed them and messaged through fb but was told to check everywhere, they sent tracking but wasn’t for my postcode and was updated 13days before they sent tracking! Had to go via my bank who said it was for fast food when it wasn’t, also tried to scam £1199 out of my account then had a cheek to email me saying that my payment didn’t go through...no wonder!!

Sep 17,2020I saw reviews about not receiving products, they eventually do come but are poor quality. With the price I kind of expected that. Thats not my main issue..... they will randomly charge like 25 or 35 cents. Aside from the normal cost it just kind of shows up. I assumb if they are doing that to everyone they are making a killing. Just steer clear

Sep 17,2020I have a monthly subscription for panties. This company has always sent the correct size, and when I did have what I thought was a missed order I simply emailed them, and they gave me instructions on how to correct it. Luckily that day my package came. The product quality is great & size small fits me perfect & I'm 5'7 & 115 lbs. I haven't ordered anything other then my subscription, but I am always happy with the items they choose for me. I never get anything weird like animal print or strange patterns. As of this month I believe I am 6 months into my subscription with them, and most definitely will keep it & recommend it based only on my personal experience with them.

Sep 16,2020If I could give these a 0 I would. Terrible customer service and as a company they are disgusting taking peoples hard earned money and not sending out what we have purchased. I’ve not received my first package sent a email asking for a tracking ref to be told it was sent out and to wait. Then I was asked if I live in a residential address? Yes I do?? Now the communication has stopped? I’m going to contact the bank to re claim my money back these are definitely a scam take your money and refuse to communicate and send out any goods. My subscription has been cancelled as this is most definitely a scam company.

Sep 15,2020I signed up via Facebook. I did receive one poor quality pair of knickers but was unable to cancel future deliveries. As I went through Facebook, I had no account set up so could not log in (it would not recognise my email to reset password). I contacted them to be told they won’t cancel recurring orders unless I log in to my account (which I clearly stated I can not do. The only way to stop these deliveries was to contact my bank and block them!!!!! Whatever you do, don’t sign up!

Sep 15,2020This subscription should be avoided unless you want to pay your money for no items and rubbish customer services! Ordered 14th August, I have nothing. 3 Emails to customer services including my address, every reply asks for my address and advises me not to cancel subscription or they can't keep enquiry open!? Yeah right not paying another month! However whoever they employ to run facebook is on the ball...with negative comments that is, you are deleted/blocked within minutes. If a post says 89 comments but only 30 are showing something is well dodgy! So the upshot just go buy your knickers somewhere elsewhere save your money & your time!

Sep 15,2020I ordered full of hope that this was of subscription that was going to make me happy, I was wrong. After the knickers were a no-show I contacted the email addresses with no response. I then sent a message on Facebook to ask how long things took to be delivered and immediately got blocked. Eventually I did get an email reply but it wasn’t particularly helpful and just said they would contact the post office and then I never heard anything again. Then today a month after my order the knickers have finally arrived, I can only describe the quality equal to those tacky sexy underwear machines you used to get in Blackpool of in the 80s. I have cancelled my subscription, I don’t trust a company that blocks people on Facebook. I’m pretty sure everybody who leaves anything negative will just get blocked therefore the Facebook page looks like they only have happy customers. That’s dodgy. If you want three pairs of cheap knickers go for it, but don’t expect fast delivery, good customer service or a quality product.

Sep 14,2020I ordered my subscription on 24th August, it’s now the 14th September and have still not received it. I emailed a week ago asking and they said to wait 7 extra days even though I received no dispatch confirmation so I don’t believe it has even been dispatched but they are happy to take my money. Cancelled the subscription. Totally fraudulent!

Sep 23,2020The panties themselves were very poor quality, it makes sense why there are only $3.99. The material was uncomfortable; scratchy, course. And the sizing was quite off. I selected size M and I’d receive some that were too small and some that were too large. All in all, I do not recommend investing into these panties.
