Sep 02,2020I wrote a review on here recently and said I would review how the process of unsubscribing goes. I unsubscribed from knotty knickers today after 6 months of a subscription. I have been treated excellent. And the products have been good. I just hit unsubscribe from my packages and all is cancelled. It is a great service. I will be back.

Sep 01,2020Really hope you are reading this before you believe the social media reviews and commit. Took well over a month for my “subscription” to arrive, was late even beyond their 2 week delivery window. Took repeated emails to finally get a “please reply to this email with your address and name and we’ll open a case for you” bearing in mind they had my account. They’ve also played a cheeky “you can’t cancel your subscription if you have an open case with us” and have even suggested they will “reactivate” your subscription in order to finish “investigating”. Now for the product. I asked for no g-strings (which the website says you can, and they acknowledged and agreed by email) guess what has arrived? With it 2 pairs of less than primark quality pants. The “cotton gusset” must be 70% polyester. Do yourself a favour and just get an M&S 3 for 2 because I doubt these will even last one go in the washing machine.

Sep 01,2020Don’t waste your money!! I have a BUNCH of subscriptions. I’m kind of addicted to getting gifts for myself sent monthly... and this one is so cheap! I mean— 3 pairs of panties for like, >$15?! YES PLZ! Alas— I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience, but I cannot. Let’s first start with the panties, the quality! Oh my lord! Maybe we should say, LACK THEREOF! All three pairs were different sizes! (They said they were large, but holding the waistbands together told an entirely different story!) Not only that, they were different quality too! One pair was a horrible thong that looked like a cheap 99¢ Dollar Store one, another that was very high waisted (think 1970’s style granny-panty thong) that felt kind of like plastic-y, and lastly, one that wasn’t that bad, (besides it being very cheap material, & the seams hanging off) it wasn’t that bad in comparison. Okay, so I wasn’t happy and wanted to cancel, So I went to their website. (Which is very poorly designed, btw) It took a few minutes to find the unsubscribe area, but when I did, it gave me two options: one said I could get “20% off next month” or something to that effect, and the other said “no thanks, cancel” or something, but when I clicked the cancel button, it did nothing! I tried refreshing, restarting the browser, using a different browser, using my phone vs my computer, and I even went back and clicked the 20% off option, which didn’t do anything either! So I emailed customer service. I told them that the cancellation button on the website didn’t work and I wanted to end my subscription. The person who responded offered me a discount, which I took, it was for a free extra pair or something (I thought maybe I should give them another chance, maybe it was just a bad month?) I get another three pairs, no extra, and it’s same, cheap terrible quality. I email again, the person who responds is very short and tells me the only way I can cancel is to use the website. I tell her it doesn’t work, I sent screenshots and even a screen-recording of me trying to cancel and being unable to. It took some more back and forth, but the customer service rep said I was cancelled. I thought nothing of it until two days ago when I saw an alert from saying I was changed again. Luckily this time I went straight to PayPal and removed my payment method. Hopefully that fixes my issue... But if you want a panty subscription and want to save yourself a headache (or two!), get BootayBag or Cheek Boss. (BootayBag is my preferred. The styles are more cute than not imo. I like that they sometimes offer matching bralettes, and they have point system so you can get a free pair every few months just by subscribing) (Cheek Boss has kinda childish patterns and only two styles of cut [thong and cheeky] but the cheeky is very comfy and looks super cute... downside: they ship every pair in its own plastic bag, so very wasteful company!)

Aug 31,2020I ordered 2 subscriptions from them 6 weeks ago, I've never received anything from them and they don't respond to messages. They have the time to delete any negative feedback off of their social media though. You can't get hold of them to cancel subscriptions and as they're not direct debits I can't cancel them through the bank so they just keep taking your money. It's a complete scam! Avoid.

Aug 30,2020Horrible!! Quality is bad!! The sizes are off. Said you can request your preferred style. You can’t! You get what you don’t want. Then I was getting papers on my door instead of undies (I tried switching styles and sizes.) saying I owed 2$ and change to receive my package. When I messaged them they said take a pic showing. So I did. Then paid the damn 2$. Now they want a picture of the envelope. That’s already sent since it took them days to respond. Now they won’t refund me. I sent another email saying DO NOT charge me again. I cancel. And wouldn’t you know they charged me again before sending me an email asking why! I’m so angry!!! Do not buy from this joke of a company!!

Aug 26,2020Do not do business with this company. Read the reviews. All of the stuff is true. They tried to charge me $3 for extra postage at delivery and I told ups to send them back. Now they won’t refund me the money even though I don’t have the product. I urge you to report them to the BBB and I am disputing the charge since I used PayPal to pay.

Aug 26,2020Do NOT order from Knotty Knickers!!! I posted this comment on one of their posts and they deleted my comment and blocked me from their page. They delete all comments from people who aren't pleased with their products and block anyone who is unsatisfied. "Ordered the Nice subscription and they were super low cut and up my ass I thought maybe I ordered the wrong package, but I checked and sure enough, I did order the Nice package. If you're plus size and like underwear that comes up over your belly and doesn't ride up your crotch/booty, skip this subscription. And then the website wouldn't let me cancel so I emailed the customer service and requested they cancel it for me. They told me to do it on the website. 🤦♀️ And then, when I thought they had actually cancelled it, I got another months subscription in the mail and I had to go to the post office to pick it up because apparently I owed postage(so much for free shipping) And to top it off, one of the pairs of underwear I received this month had a big ol' hole wear the band attaches to the panty. Crap quality, crap customer service, crap shipping. Absolute waste of money."

Aug 25,2020Oh no! I wish I'd checked here before I ordered. I placed an order on August 6th. Expected date anytime from 14th August. They still haven't arrived. I have to wait one more day before they'll open an "investigation". I have no idea when I'll be charged for next months, I haven't received anything from them yet, and if I cancel my subscription they can't sort anything out for me? After reading the comments below I can only imagine what quality of pants I'm gonna get anyway. I won't be continuing this subscription. I'm angry. This is a simple service, how can it get this messed up. EDIT: I received the knickers. One pair of literal Y fronts and a vomit yellow G-string. Just wow.

Can’t comment on the quality because they never arrived and I cancelled my account before they could charge me again. Wish I’d come here to read the reviews before signing up!

Aug 22,2020I did not receive my first month's product so I reached out to customer service. Their responses were intermittent/unhelpful, and I was nearing getting charged for the second month, so I canceled my subscription. They then communicated that they needed to reactivate my account to resend the first month since they "need an active account" to do so. I noticed that I would be charged again in two days, so I tried to cancel for the second time and the website literally would not process it. After 8+ tries, I was forced to file a dispute with my bank for two charges and no product, and to cancel my card so they could not continue to charge my card. Complete scam.

Aug 21,2020Horrible service! First they said they couldn’t find my account but, they had no problem charging my card. Then a month to receive the order. It was not as advertised! I specifically emailed back & forth with them to assure I would not get the super low rise panties due to a C section scar. What did they send? EVERY SINGLE PAIR IS SUPER LOW RISE!!! I contact the company and spoke to an ignorant rep. They claim that they can’t fix it, can’t exchange or return and still have yet to cancel my account as requested! Do NOT waste your money on this garbage! This company is fraudulent! They now want an order number 3 years later… wow… I was able to find it to prove I truly did have an order with them. That order number is: Order #:2252366348349 Placed 8/3/2020 Yes this review is very accurate!

Aug 18,2020i signed up due to all the rave reviews on social media... but when I got nothing 6 weeks later I made a post on their social media and it was removed along with my ability to make ANY posts! They blocked me! Now i know why they have rave reviews becuase all the rest are removed immediately! Cancelling as well and they should be reported to the BBB as false advertising! UPDATE they sent me ANOTHER package and charged me again after i cancelled! This company is a scam!

Aug 18,2020I'd give 0 stars if I could. Holy crap! I got 3 months out of my subscription thinking the first 6 pairs were a fluke. The first 3 ALL fell apart at every seam after only 6hrs of wear + 1 wash. They're made with cheap lace or mesh that shred during wear. A complete waste of money. They are absolutely horrific quality and EVERY pair is EXTREMELY ugly. I haven't recieved a single cute pair of panties. The "thong" package is not for thongs, it's a g-string package. The "sugar and spice" package has variety, but it looks like I've just recieved leftover materials made to look like underwear. I wish I could attach a photo of the horrendous stitching and hideous styles. Just recieved a scalloped style pair, made of balloon-like material with loose threads all over, with a liner they GLUED on. I've bought underwear at the dollar store that were better quality for a better price. They use photos of adorable styles and send you leftover trimmings. Editing and cancelling your subscription is next to impossible. I've clicked cancel over 5 times so far and it says it's still active!!! I feel like I'm going to explode

Aug 13,2020Only rating 1 star because 0 is not an option. I emailed to confirm that they would accommodate a request of cotton only. They assured me that it was completely possible. Also their website boasts that all undergarments come with an 100% cotton liners. Both of these statements would appear to be lies. The automated customer service emails are garbage. Horrid customer service. Received 3 not cotton underwear with zero cotton liners to accompany them. No refunds due to the nature of the product. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Comments I made on FB posts have been removed as well

Sep 02,2020Sent me cheap pairs that were not featured on their Facebook page, and when I questioned this in a comment, I was blocked. Customer Service didn't respond to any emails either. Seems like a company run out of one's basement (undies probably acquired from Alibaba), dollar store quality! BEWARE!
