Sep 30,2020If I could do no stars I would! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY AWFUL! They have no phone number and it's all through email. I have had to contact them a couple times then I just gave up and canceled my subscription! I saved the email that says that its canceled. Then THEY FREAKING CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN! I emailed support again and told them, with my email saying my account was canceled screenshot. Their response was, "we are sorry to see you go, here's the link to cancel your membership" REALLY! I KNOW HOW TO CANCEL, I JUST DID IT AND I SENT YOU THE SCREEN SHOT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION BEING CANCELED. Now I have to change my debit card number.

Sep 30,2020Garbage. Started in April, recieved cute but badly sewn and damaged items. Was told, no refunds. Eventually my packages stopped coming but charges kept going, because they won't give you support if you don't have an active sub, and if you cancel the sub you lose all support. So now I've been waiting since July and recieved nothing at all for three months. I keep getting the same crap auto email and after 21 emails back and forth have nothing to show. Going to PayPal for my refund because forget this crap. I lost my home and my job and can't afford to keep this up just to get what I paid for. Tried again in 2023. Still terrible quality. Barry lasts 3-4 washes. I keep having to pay extra to pick up my items at the post office despite paying for shipping with my order. It’s very hard it is to find affordable plus size underwear so I don’t really have anywhere else affordable to buy from so I’m stuck with them. Now three years after my initial review I got an email saying they’re going to delete it unless I can prove I was a customer! Lol!

Sep 29,2020Thought it sounded fun and kind of cool but they were definitely cheap and when my second set arrived, I didn't get my order but a slip of paper saying I needed to spend more money to pick my order up. Hell no! It takes a ridiculously long time for customer service to get back to you, after almost a month of trying to figure this out they want proof of payment, just delaying my refund because why would they have shipped me my items if I didn't pay for them. Absolutely ridiculous, don't buy from this company!!!

Sep 29,2020So far it's awful. I did get my first order but they were damaged. I reached out through email and there was nothing for over a week. So now I tried through Facebook and they wouldn't help me or answer my questions. It was like talking to an automated machine. I went to their site and I found out I can't even cancel my subscription if I want help, fantastic policy. They also have a policy where you only have 5 days to contact them if you receive a damaged item. I'm glad other people have enjoyed their orders but it's the kind of company where if you run into a problem you are screwed, and it looks like by the reviews that unfortunately a lot of people have.

Sep 29,2020It’s ok for the price and the items are cute but the sizing is inconsistent. The orange knickers from the spooky trio are doubled up material so it’s more of a wear around the house type of item. If you like lace you’re probably going to enjoy this subscription. Unsubscribing was a bit hard to find but not impossible and actually very simple once you learn to navigate the site. You also can just as easily reactivate your subscription if you change your mind. It took one day longer than the window they gave me for my items to arrive but I’ve had to wait triple that for orders elsewhere so it’s to be expected during the pandemic. It wasn’t for me but I can see it being fun for someone else.

Sep 28,2020The worst customer service and THE WORST underwear. Don’t give them your money!! I had trouble finding how to cancel and tried emailing them for help, they tell you to expect a response between 24-48 hours. 6 days and a monthly charge later I get a response that everything I need is on the website. Like... yeah I’m sure it is but if you could just point me in the right direction that would be great? The sizes are inconsistent and almost all of them fell apart or were incomplete among arrival.

One pair was literally 2 bits of material stitched together, no elastic, no gusset, no hemming, and the other two pairs were shedding fibres everywhere just taking them out the packet. Save yourself the money and go Primark and get yourself 15 pairs for the same price.

Sep 26,2020Avoid! Real shame that this company is clearly a scam. Their adverts and undies look amazing. My money was taken over a month ago, but I have received nothing. Contacted customer services who eventually got back to me just asking for my address and if I have checked the post!? I've cancelled my subscription completely and asked for a refund, which I have absolutely no hope I will ever receive.

Sep 26,2020Appalling Customer Service :( *AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE* A month after I was due to receive my order, and after several emails trying to get an update and then finally asking for a refund as I am fed up waiting, I am told that is my responsibility to track where my order is as they cannot "control the delivery process". So I have been refused a refund and also told that its my problem. Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription and will never use thrm again!!

Complained on Facebook and my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their page. Would not recommend them.

Sep 24,2020I complained on their facebook page about receiving faulty goods with large holes in the sides, only to have my comments deleted and to be blocked from their page all together. I can't even message them. An absolute scam! Quality is awful as well, one damaged, one lace pair has very thin see through gusset fabric so imagine what will happen there. The other pair, the orange one with bats on is doubled over fabric? I can't explain this well enough but its like 2 knickers sewn together and essentially the opposite of a no vpl. This will probably show through your clothing like you're wearing a nappy. Update. 3 years after leaving this review I get a email from trust pilot asking for my order number. So clearly they're hoping to remove negative reviews by banking on the fact that people won't have that info. Thankfully I have every email between me and the customer service team, which I'm happy to provide if there's any more doubt that I unfortunately spent money with this awful company. Also have a copy of paypal giving me a full refund when I explained the situation where as KK refused to give me a full refund. Always go to paypal or your bank.

Sep 24,2020The sizes and quality were inconsistent on the packages I did receive but everything was super cute so I kept trying. The primary problem is the lack of service. They didn't pay postage on a package. Apparently buried in their terms and conditions it says that if they fail to pay postage it's my responsibility to pay for the postage and give them a receipt and they will reimburse me. I had no idea what the postage due notice was for or who it was from and I wasn't about to pay postage for something when I always prepay postage on deliveries. There was no reshipping, no offer of a discount off of a future purchase to offset. It was all my fault for not reading their T&C clearly. It's too bad they don't realize that it's cheaper to keep the customers you have than to find new ones.

I had to go to the post office to repay for shipping ( they didn't even pay what they charged me) They just keep sending me the same automatic messages. I would not recommend to even my worst enemy! Worst service ever!

Oct 02,2020Ordered their Halloween range and they are way too small ordered a XL and used the measuring guide too and they are more a size 8-10 UK They say they have a UK warehouse. It took 3 weeks to get my order and the invoice said from Canada. Horrible company. I know people who have complained on social media and they just block you and don’t reply.
