Apr 17,2020Paid for a subscription for my wife and guess what, NOTHING HAS EVER CAME AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY FOR ANOTHER ORDER SAYING THE PACKAGE GOT LOST ... LOl whatever , dont trust these fake reviews on here if you do youll just lose your money... Yall been warned.

Apr 16,2020SCAM!! THEY PAY PEOPLE FOR REVEIWS. They also deleted my comments on instagram when I commented saying they were a scam. Then I went to Facebook and they blocked me there too. I have paid for two months of this subscription and received nothing in return. And when I try to ask why they just tell me my package was “lost”. Then they ignored my emails for a week. See the pattern?? They tell you your package is “lost” just long enough to get another 13$ from you. When I finally did cancel because I never received anything, I emailed them explaining that I cancelled because I didn’t want my card to keep getting charged for a monthly subscription I’ve paid for 2 months for and never received. So then, they REACTIVATED my subscription saying that they could not send the packages I PAID for unless I had an active subscription. Just another way to get once again... another 13$. Upon further digging I’m seeing many MANY people scammed In almost an identical way. Read the 1 star reviews below don’t trust the paid reviews. Don’t go through this company please save yourselves the headache. Now I have to replace my debit card during a pandemic because they won’t stop charging it and I still almost 3 months later have no underwear.

Apr 10,2020Their billing cycles may cause you to be charged twice before ever receiving your first shipment...however I have been more than pleased with the quality of these panties. I tried Splendies first, and they didn’t wash well. Knotty knickers are not as cute prints, but I prefer solids anyway. The quality is good. I still recommend sizing up, just like other panty subscriptions.

Apr 09,2020Have not received my order and still no communication. The first email saying it would be shipped, and that I could only check email for shipping updates. I've emailed and heard nothing, you can't check your account for updates, and I wish I would have read the reviews first. Totally scam it's sounds like. I'll give it two more weeks, then I'm reporting. Just glad I went through PayPal.

Apr 09,2020The service is terrible. I placed my order over a month ago. I never received a package to this day. I messaged them about shipment information I never received to which they responded they never provide shipment information and that packages are just “shipped”. I found that very odd. They are scammers and it seems many others have experienced the same as me. Save your money!!! I’m going to report fraud on this company through my bank.

Apr 09,2020Honestly, the quality isn't the greatest and they aren't that cute either. And the customer service is crap. I did a couple months of the subscription, hoping maybe the first month was a one time disaster, nope! I, also, order off of their 'knotty extras' section.. a really cute set and it was on sale, I figured why not. Well, they gave me two different styles with the same pattern, it didn't say in the description ANYWHERE that's what it would be. It's a picture of two different styles in two different patterns and that's what the description says. I emailed customer support and they straight up told me I was sent the correct items, even though I wasn't. Splendies is WAY better of an underwear subscription service. They have great customer support, and their underwear are cute and made of good quality. Don't go with knotty knickers. They suck.

Apr 08,2020Do not order from this company! I never received my order and when I emailed about it they said “it’s behind shipping and will arrive in two weeks.” It’s been a month now! Also, if you cancel your subscription and you inquire about your order they reactivate your subscription! So watch out for that!!! Do not order biggest scam save your money!

Apr 05,2020I have received 4 orders from them so far. When I joined they still allowed reviews and you could email in with your preferences. I emailed in to ask for no lace as I have sensitive skin.... i have received almost exclusively lace products since then. I went to cancel my subscription and that is when I found all their review options were gone from their site and Facebook and the extra charges in these reviews. I'm in the process of trying to ban them, through my bank, of withdrawing any more of my money. Dont waste your time on them.

Apr 01,20200 stars I didn’t receive my order. Customer service is non existent and they have a clause that if you cancel your subscription they can’t rectify any problems you have including refunds or whatever!! Huge scam

Mar 28,2020Customer service is horrible. They over charge for shipping which you see when you recieve the package and the price on the stanp. Also, they do not provide a tracking number for the package. The customer service tells you to wait 1 -2 weeks extra on a package delay..just in time for you to get charged again and not received another package! The post office isn't losing the packages and they are no delays in the mail system. I have been receiving other packages all over Canada and from the US in the correct estimated time and some packages are being recieved even earlier then estimated time... But not knotty knickers....HUGE SCAM!

Mar 27,2020If I could give them a negative I would!!!! They have taken money out of my account since January and I have received NOTHING I have contacted them by text several times with no help!!! I cancelled my subscription I was charged yet again!!!! Off to the bank I go to try and stop this theft!!!! And a call will be made to the Better Business Bureau!!!

Mar 26,2020All 3 pairs that I received were badly made with the crotch sewn over (because that looks comfortable) and so many strings hanging off of them. They clearly were rushed and made poorly. I could have bought a nicer pair at Dollarama. They were the ugliest colors.

Mar 26,2020I was so excited to get my package from this company, I was charged and over a month later, never received anything but was charged a second time. When I asked for a refund since I never got anything, the answer was that they couldn't because it'd already been sent out... No, it wasn't. Then, when I got charged a second time, I wanted to cancel and still wanted a refund. They just forwarded my previous email to me. There was no understanding or any kind of apology that they have my money but I got nothing in return. I'm incredibly disappointed and super unhappy with them. 10/10 do not recommend. I'd go literally anywhere else.

Mar 22,2020I waited past the eta date I was emailed. Never got what I paid for, so I unsubscribed. When I asked customer service they all just refer you back to your original order email and say wait. There's never a tracking number so you don't even know where your items are. Complete loss.

Feb 28,2020It was okay for a while, though I requested no full lace panties, which they send every order anyway. I ordered a special Halloween pack and never received it. Took an entire month to get a refund and they said they’d send me a complimentary package, which I never received. I emailed them recently asking about it and also asking again for no full lace. All I got was an auto response. I emailed two more times. It’s been over a week now and they’re also ignoring me on fb messenger. Horrible customer service.

Apr 21,2020I only give 1 star because they have horrible customer service. Their undies don't fit me, but that's not their fault. However it is their fault that they refuse to cancel my subscription with them. Their website won't allow me to cancel on my own and I have had several conversations with them via email about canceling it for me and they refuse. Now they are ignoring my emails and still drafting from my bank. I can't find a phone number for them or I would call them.
