May 05,2023The sizes are incredibly inconsistent. I usually wear a medium to a large, and so I ordered a large to be on the safe size (and so I could put them in the dryer without worrying they would shrink). Surprise! They are super tight, the elastic cuts off my circulation even when I yank it up to be 2 inches under my boobs. This is so disappointing considering the fact that I was under the impression they were a body-positive company. Any person struggling with body dysmorphia or disordered eating would go into a tailspin after trying these on. I feel gaslighted.

Apr 29,2023There not like shown. Cannot wear under jeans or leggings. I wrote the company and they gave me a credit to there store. 5 of the 6 I bought are unopened and they wouldn't let me return them for a refund or anything. Crappy company and crappy customer service

Apr 27,2023I’ve received a couple months of the subscription service offered & I’ve had to switch sizes multiple times due to the inconsistency of sizing. A medium will either fit just right or be sickly tight & a large will feel just right or be insanely baggy - I’ve had to sew some pairs I’ve received for this reason. The pairs of underwear you receive are insanely hit or miss, the only positive is the designs are cute and unique, although they are mostly made of mesh or fabric that is unbreathable. I would avoid if you’re looking for quality underwear.

Apr 11,2023TERRIBLE Experience! Clicked on an ad in social media. Visited the site, and put something in my cart. I Do Not recall entering my email address. I Hesitated, then found these Reviews here, (Thanx All!). Because of these reviews, I didn't purchase While checking my Spam folder, I found an email from Knotty Knickers, saying they saved my shopping cart, so I could continue. I contacted them to ask how they got my email address, saying I was Not impressed. Told them that Bad Reviews meant I would Not purchase. I then Unsubscribed I was contacted by Support to say I signed up for their Mailing List, but I could Unsubscribe. I told them I did NOT sign up to their mailing list, will Unsubscribe Again....and told them to Stop contacting me, or I'll file a Complaint GRR to Companies like this! 😡

Mar 27,2023I received my first (and last) order from here. I probably should have checked the reviews first. The underwear took just short of two weeks to arrive. The return address has an NY postcode and I'm assuming that is why as I am from the UK, although the website insinuates they are from the UK and I wouldn't have ordered had I known this. I ordered two pairs. One was actually quite nice, albeit with thin material, but the second pair were horrible. I ordered a size 10-12 and they are absolutely massive. They are a horrible style and the material is weird. They honestly look like Grandma knickers, I suppose they are catering for everyone, but I am 25 and even if they were the correct size I wouldn't have worn them anyway. Really not worth the price paid as they are the same quality of Primark knickers, just at double the cost. I won't order again and don't recommend others do either. I am only giving 2 stars as one of the two pairs was okay.

Mar 26,2023Not really that affordable concerning the quality :/ I got caught on the inclusivity bait and I regret it now. Some of the panties I never wore have holes inside, others got ripped in the washing machine (which never happens to me with, for example Puma underwear). Would not recommend.

Mar 25,2023The quality is bad, the cup sizing is not heavy breast friendly. The bras are flimsy, the moment you put in the dryer it is done, so better wash those thing by hand. Very descived by the quality of all

Mar 13,2023Poor quality, lots of long threads, missed seams, poorly sewn. The boxers are SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The band is super tight and scratchy. Leaves a huge irritated red mark on my belly after only an hour. I have bought men's boxers for myself that fit better and are more soft and comfy.

Mar 09,2023Scam company, easy to sign up, impossible to cancel your subscription. They tell you to use the website to cancel but it is a junk website impossible to sign in or reset your password. Was left with no choice but to cancel the credit card.

Mar 06,2023I ordered on Feb 23rd. It’s now March 5. Never shipped it or updated me on package, I requested a refund and they told me it’s already shipped. I asked for verification of this cause I think they just refuse to give my money back. The website doesn’t even allow for reviews. The only emails they were sending me was to subscribe which I’m sure as hell glad I didn’t. Very displeased with this company and hope no one gets fooled as I have.

I ordered from them, nothing came, they asked me to provide them with proof of address with a utility bill or a CRA bill!!! Then they "offer" me 20% off to reorder because even though my billing address was correct the mailing address was tampered with. I say tampered with because I do not manually fill out addresses, they are automatically generated with my payment! Do not purchase from them!!!

Feb 25,2023TLDR: unreliable shipping, terrible customer service, substandard product. Just awful. They didn’t turn up in the 4-8 business days quoted so I emailed asking if they’d been dispatched. No answer, emailed again they asked for my address and have I asked around at local post offices. Didn’t answer the question if they’d been dispatched. Emailed again asking for a refund, no answer. A few days later I emailed again asking for a refund and they message back asking again for address and have I asked around local post offices. they finally confirmed they’d shipped them after I started swearing at them. Nobody is acknowledging the fact that I haven’t received the order as promised and want a refund. Everyone just ignoring that. Anyway they did eventually turn up about a month after ordering and they are the cheapest nastiest pants I’ve ever owned. Like we are talking wish.com quality but I paid £15 for them. Save yourselves a headache and don’t order.

Feb 22,2023Mostly terrible quality. I’ll get one good pair every 2-3 orders, everything else either doesn’t fit or falls apart. I just decided to cancel my subscription and I can’t login to my account to cancel it. I clicked “forgot password” and that’s not working. I think this site is a scam.

Feb 18,2023I wish I would have checked this before ordering. They scammed me. I bought a bra from the website. Received an item I did not order. Asked to be refunded or sent the right order. They legit told me I need to pay for it again. Instagram has a bunch of tags and accounts showing how many people they have scammed. I made a complaint with the Canadian government and a complaint with my province for consumer protection. even if it cost me money to legally pursue them I will. It’s horrible what they are doing. Please file complaints if you live in Canada with consumer protection.

May 06,2023Don't order, period! Waste of money. Sizing is way the frick off. I'm usually a medium but the medium underwear are like a large, and the small underwear are like an extra small. Bras are the same way too. Don't waste your money people! Also I got a lovely long hair in a package of underwear and when I'm complained they said nothing ....
