Jul 18,2024Love the patterns, but the quality and sizing consistency was all over the place. I ordered several pairs of the same size and some were hanging off of me while others wouldn't fit over my thighs. There were loose threads and some of the fabric had damage. Knotty said they don't do refunds so issued me store credit. The second order I received were better (only a little bit of damage on one pair) so I thought maybe it was a one off. I've now looked at the site and can see some pairs are listed as almost £100 which is absolutely mad. Really weird.

Jul 18,2024Massively disappointed, this is my second order the first was amazing and I couldn’t wait to order more, when the second arrived they were poor quality and the sizing was all over the place, I sized up and they were smaller. Feels like they reel you in with one great order then send you the tat after .

Jul 15,2024Avoid! Please don't give these cranks your money... Should be able to give 0 stars!!! Ordered one item on June 10th, not received & had me waiting and waiting while they 'investigated' finally admitting it is lost but STILL not offering my money back, they now want me to choose a different product as they are out of stock. I'm now dealing with my bank to get a charge back. Wish I'd never ever seen their advert.

Jul 04,2024two stars because i guess im one of the lucky ones that actually received my order. but only AFTER contacting the company 3 times to actually get it shipped. they claimed it was shipped the day after i submitted my order but the tracking didn’t update for over 2 weeks. then miraculously after contacting them a few times suddenly it was updating. the shipping label said they were shipped in the uk, so nearly 3 weeks for national uk delivery is ridiculous. after receiving my items, granted i did only buy 6 pairs of underwear from the £4 sale (£6 postage for something that fit through the letterbox?) but the quality of their products also isn’t great, and smelled so strongly of chemicals that i instantly had to wash them. The smell was so bad it caused a headache. i wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy. definitely some cheap dropshipping going on somewhere here

Jul 02,2024Ordered from them (before reading these reviews unfortunately) and at checkout, they set it up so it seems like you haven't paid yet. BUT it's actually just a one-click button that automatically purchases a $25 mystery set! Oh and you can't return anything, AND they won't refund after it's processed. Even though I emailed less than 5 minutes after placing the order. So I'm out $25 because they tricked me into buying something I didn't want. And they said they could give me 20% my next order. I told them that wasn't helpful since I don't ever plan on buying from this company again and now they have stopped responding to me.

Jun 28,2024Bought the mystery bundle. I didn't expect much, but it was baaaad. All the underwear were were and had weird straps all over which cause nasty bulges. 10/10 do not recommend for plus size ladies, unless you wanna look like a big ol' ham. 1 star for the laughs my roommate and I got out of it.

Jun 26,2024Found Knotty Knickers via a Facebook Ad. After having a snoop i really loved the patterns and style, so ended up ordering £64 worth of stuff... 4 pairs of brief style pants at £4 each in the sale 2 boxers £12 each in the sale 2 bralettes £12 each in the sale After putting in my order, the email confirmation looked a bit 'naff' lets say, so i done a quick trust pilot search and my stomach dropped! The tracking code provided took me to a Canadian site i didn't recognise (shipping chimp) and i started to panic. 8 days later, my order has arrived via Royal Mail. My god, i have never opened a parcel so fast, expecting for the worst. However, i am really pleasantly surprised... The items are exactly as described. Sizes ok, fit well, bright patterns.. Not sure how they will hold up on the wash, but on first appearance not bad at all 🤷♀️ maybe i am just lucky! Have given a 4* as the website was easy to navigate, email confirmation and tracking came quick. Items as described and packaged well. But, delivery was slow (8 days - most Ebay or Vinted things come quicker than that nowadays). I doubt I'll order again through fear of these reviews though. Don't want to risk my chances twice!

Jun 25,2024I’m really surprised by the negative reviews for this company! My experience was great, to the point where I felt a good review was warranted! I ordered a few pair of boxer briefs and i absolutely love them! The only thing I noticied is the one pair of underwear I ordered, runs a little small but they fit me perfect! I really love this company now!!

Jun 16,2024My order was lost. I was watching tracking, but I contacted the company when it didn't change for 9 days. I received a prompt response, that they were looking into it. They told me they detected fraud and I was issued a refund. They did email me multiple times to ask questions or tell me what they were doing. 2 weeks after I placed my order, I didn't have my order but I received a full refund. I was satisfied with customer service.

Jun 14,2024Accidentally placed an order and contacted customer support within 5 minutes of placing it. I was told they cannot cancel the order. I really don't understand why this company offers absolutely nothing in terms of customer support since they don't take returns, they can't cancel your order, if anything is wrong they refuse to do anything. It's baffling. On top of that, the products are not particularly high quality anyway and not worth the money. Do not bother buying from here

Jun 13,2024Order delivered fine but items are very low quality. I didn’t realise they don’t offer returns when I ordered so I’m stuck with the items. I wouldn’t bother to be honest. For the price of these you could get much better quality elsewhere.

Jun 02,2024Very unimpressed with the customer service. One of the items in my order was incorrect - when I contacted them there was no offer to replace it, just 20% off my next order…. Needless to say there won’t be one. Also, the quality is not good and on the website they say that the sizes run a small, but they actually run too big.

Apr 26,2024I ordered underwear with a code for three free pairs to try out the company which is totally awesome. The day I was supposed to have my package delivered I instead got a slip saying I owed postage. I had already been charged $6.99 for shipping and handling. I was then charged another $3.50 for postage due. Once at the post office I was told that this happens all the time with this company and they have someone that comes every month to pay postage on her knotty knickers packages. I won’t order again because I don’t want to pay $25 + a month and then go spend more for postage.

Apr 22,2024My first order was a great disappointment! They were not true to size. The first time I wore one of them, the developed holes along the seams and will definitely not last. Yeah they look nice but that is were it ends for me. I don't think I will order online again.

Apr 12,2024I ordered 3 free pairs of underwear through their promotion that stated all you had to do was pay shipping. The shipping to my house came to $6.49, I happily paid it because I’ve had other sites charge much more for shipping. However, about a week later I got a note left in my mailbox stating that I owed $3.98 in posted due on my Knotty package. I immediately contacted Knotty about where my ”shipping” money went to and asked to receive my order without any further payment. They responded and basically told me my only option was traveling 40 minutes to the post office and paying that additional shipping fee that I had already paid for. So not only am I now out extra money, but also gas and further time for a package that I paid to be delivered to my house. When I finally got the package it said Knotty had only paid $1.87 of the shipping charge and that it was really only $5, yet Knotty charged me $6.49? Where did the rest of my money go that was not used for what I was told it was going to be used for. I get if you can’t give away product for completely free but don’t scam, lie and deceive your customers. I never even got an apology or any sort of answer from support. Do not support this scam company, they just steal your money.

Apr 09,2024My package came a lot faster than anticipated. I ordered a 5x because I typically need the 57 to 60 in waist option (going to be honest, mind ya business if my body bothers you) but the 5x in their boxer boyshorts is actually a little big. That's okay because they are comfortable. The tags say HAND WASH ONLY so that's what I do, and they've held up great. They are thin, yes, and silky, but I like that. If I want something more secure I wear my regular cotton briefs. I haven't tried their underwear, but 09/10 for their boxers. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the prices. Can we go 2 for 20 maybe? Yeah... that would do it.

Jul 19,2024I thought I’d do a review because of the sheer number of negatives on here! Firstly, my order arrived in full within about ten working days from shipping. I ordered two of the bikinis and they are FABULOUS! Great fit, good support and very flattering. I also ordered 17 (yes, 17!!) pairs of knickers in the sale. Even at a discount; that’s a lot of money to spend or knickers!! The quality varies from pair to pair but my biggest grumble is the sizing is wildly different! The full briefs and seamless thongs fit perfectly, but some of the midi briefs I can’t even get on and the more “sexy” thongs look ridiculous on me! I could have gone four sizes bigger and they still wouldn’t fit. There’s just nothing to them! Overall I do highly recommend the swimwear but I’d avoid the knickers to be honest. Varying quality and sizing is shocking!
