Jan 18,2023Sizing was just right, but the clasp on the bra in the matching set I bought is somehow backwards. I also received a thong with rhinestones, which started coming off immediately as I tried it on.

Jan 18,2023Terrible... The quality is so so bad and the sizing is completely off. They don't allow returns so I requested a refund and they offered me 20% off another order. Yikes. It's all going to the trash.

Jan 13,2023I ordered from them once before and didn't have any issues and was happy with the undies I received. This time, I placed an order on Dec. 28th. In my Shopify app the status never changed from "order placed". I reached out to them after a week to check about whether the order was shipped and asked for a tracking number. It's now Jan. 12th and I keep getting really sketchy responses saying "the order was shipped accordingly, please check your mailbox" but they won't tell me who the carrier is or provide any tracking info like every single other online retailer does. I'm trying to push them to provide this info. I'm beginning to feel scammed and cannot understand why they won't provide tracking info and keep giving me really vague responses. We'll see if the order actually shows up, but I will not be ordering from them again!

Jan 03,2023This company is a complete scam. No refund on items received with completely incorrect sizing even after they acknowledged it was their mistake? They've blocked me on social media for reaching out for a refund. Do NOT give them money. Scam artists.

Dec 06,2022Canadian buyer here.. I Freaking Looooove this subscription.. so much im thinking of buying a 2nd subscription. I have a 3 peices/month subscription. I've never bought the extras; However I found customer service super helpful with a pair that came too small. And was so easy when I had to change my subscription to a bigger size. Selection is so pretty!! Always sends a mix of colors and style. 10/10 recommend!!

Dec 01,2022This gem of a company had a very unique customer service method as outlined here. I could see on their website order tracker that my order never shipped. So they: 1. Took my money and shipping adress 2. Did not send me my package 3. Demand I provide a bank statement proving I live at my adress (why does even matter if I actually live there? I paid for shipping so ship it where ever I said too) 4. Provide me awful and useless customer service leading me to cancel my subscription because I no longer want to be involved with this company 5. Keep my money for a package that was never sent because I refuse to keep a subscription and give you even more money for a package that you will probably also not send

Nov 25,2022Upon arrival the package was severely damaged (the pants having being stuffed into a flimsy envelope - not even padded!) and the items themselves were cheap, tatty looking and poorly made. Absolute waste of money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Nov 15,2022Terrible, at first they were fine I was getting subscription every month, decided to order a bunch of extras and never received them, they resent them out 4 time and still never received them so I asked for a refund and was told they do not do refunds that they could only keep resending them out yet still not receiving my items and they are keeping my money. Never order from them they are the worst how can you keep someone’s money and refuse to refund a person when you aren’t sending them their items

Nov 14,2022Awful experience. My order was two weeks late, meaning I had to go out and purchase alternative items. After discussing this with the company, they refused to refund my lost parcel, making me wait for a replacement. It was absolutely not worth the wait. The items are of awful quality. Cheap, thin fabric offering no coverage or support. Sizing is horrendous. Supermarkets offer better quality and value. Don't waste your time.

Oct 29,2022I ordered my first bundle of panties from you after seeing your ads consistently popping up on my feed for over a year. Utterly disappointed. Quality is literally trash. Some fit, some don't. Too big or too small. Material feels cheap. Stitching is horrendous. Either not lining up, not finished the stitch, exta material randomly hanging. I seriously don't understand how you guys are in business. The quality of the products I got were less than the quality i would find at a dollar store thrift shop combined. I'll be sure to leave this review everywhere possible so people don't waste their money. Update: they are requesting to take this post down. Which us ridiculous. I did contact them about the quality and they offered me a discount on a future product. Which is laughable. I also joined a Facebook group called LOVE Knotty Knickers to see if people actually loved knotty knickers.. some do.. but it is quite laughable because 50% of the posts are people asking if theirs fit true to size, fit funny, had weird stitching, etc. So my updated warning/review would be that it is a gamble if you get a good pair. Because they do not have a consistent production warehouse and essentially go wherever is cheapest, they quality is not consistent. And based on the bunch that I purchased, majority are not..

Oct 25,2022Sizing is all over the place - I bought 6 pairs in a small, some fit, some don’t. The quality is appalling - badly finished, cheap feeling materials, and after one wash, the elastic has gone in one pair. They’re not worth your money!

Oct 24,2022Honestly this brand looked plus size friendly but I was mistaken, unless you are a size 0 with no curves or breasts, I took my exact measurements to the chart they provided and the items I received were so small I can't even give them away and on top of that they won't refund or replace any of the items the only thing they offered was 10% off shipping. Total rip off no one should buy from this brand ever!!

Oct 22,2022For $20 a bra and panty set I didnt expect great quality so I started with 2 sets, both size large. One set is ok.. a little snug around the rib cage but manageable. The other set, also in a large, is definitely not a large even though the tag states it is. Tag states made in China. had I known that I would have ordered a couple sizes bigger. Just super disappointing.

Oct 20,2022I guess I must have gotten slightly lucky with my order as I'm now reading all the awful reviews. First off I've only ordered once for their Halloween line, cute themed undwear for about 35 bucks plus a pj set. The material all seem fine and soft, I actually haven't been able to wear them yet due to shark week but they all seem fine. However I had two issues with my order the first being the packaging, mine was ripped open. Its literally paper. It doesn't come in those hard to rip bubble packaging no it literally comes in a white paper package that was easily ripped open. Very lucky everything was still inside. And two the pajama set I got was an XL, you can't go higher than this. Now I'm a Size 38D and I've worn xls all my life but the top to the ghost pajamas is skin tight! It fits me more like a large than any XL I've ever worn. I can't even do the boob thing where you can put fabric under your boobs for comfort, their sizing is off. At this point thats all I have for issues, hopefully the panties work out but they really need to get better sizing and packaging.

Oct 19,2022I had ordered three different sets. One was a one-piece lingerie set and the other two were two pieces. I definitely should have a sized up. The bras were slightly tight and so were the bottoms, but still wearable. The one piece even though I had ordered it in the same size as everything else was impossible to get on. After reading the website which I should have done before, I now know I cannot return items even if they do not fit you can only change your sizing on your profile. The two, two pieces were okay and I will try wearing them but due to the fact that they were slightly tight I could not wear them for long periods of time but they should be able to get the job done. The company themselves seem kind of impersonable I would not deal with this company again.
