I have received my parcel and I actually cannot believe what has arrived. The quality of the product is crap and the sizing is AWFUL I ordered as per your size guide and yet not even a nipple is covered by the so called bra and bodysuit....if you increase the circumference of a bralette and bodysuit why not increase the size of the fabric thats meant to cover your nipple at least....WHICH IT DOES NOT? Your brand is actually a joke if you think Its inclusive or good I'd like a refund as this is absolutely unacceptable I am super disappointed with my experience. I've opened a PayPal case as they're refusing a refund and or a resolution.
Absolutely horrible! Items arrived and they are cheap Chinese rubbish. Sizing is questionable and when some of my items arrived with holes and not stitched correctly they told me to stitch it up but would send a replacement. After washing (hand washing) additional items as I wouldn’t trust how clean anything is nowadays! They pretty much started to unravel in my hands. I asked for a refund for the set I was already questioning them about and they said they do not offer refunds as all sales are final. Completely ignoring customer's satisfactory rights. I have raised with PayPal and would caution anyone to buy from them. I was so hopefully as they show models of all shapes and sizes but they are just trying to cash in.
Absolutely awful company. Terrible customer service, I placed my order on 20.09.22 and it was stated on the order confirmation that I would be updated by EMAIL when my shipment was ready and when it was dispatched. I received nothing of the sort, and after chasing the delivery nearly 2 weeks after ordering, they requested I send a bill or bank statement to prove my address? I did not feel comfortable with this and requested a refund at this point. It was then revealed that they had dispatched my order and did have a tracking number after all, and my parcel was delivered (AKA left outside my house open to the elements) last FRIDAY (5 DAYS AGO) in the pouring rain. I cannot comment on the quality as I have yet to try on, however this customer service experience has been abysmal and I will never order from this shoddy company again. Oh and don't forget, they don't do refunds regardless of whether you have actually received your parcel or not. Sham company and so badly organised. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Underwear sizing runs small and anything bra related is wrong. Don't waste your money
Really poor quality and the sizing isn’t even remotely accurate. Disappointed to see there is no returns option either. Feel really disappointed because for the price paid I expected so much more. Products also come in surplus plastic, which is not sustainable or environment friendly and really disappointing to see. Save your money and don’t buy from this shop.
Quite shocked at how many low reviews this company has! I’ve been with knotty knickers for years (on & off). I pay for the 3x knickers each month and never had an issue! Knickers fit nicely, and they’re super cute! I recently had an issue where I had changed my address and my parcel seemed to get lost somewhere, customer service were really helpful. They sent 3 extra knickers with my next subscription free of charge! Only reason I’ve given 4 star instead of 5 is because (although customer service was good) there was a bit of miscommunication within it. Because they have different people replying to messages each time, I got given two different answers to my question! But overall, I would recommend knotty knickers! xo
Wish I would have come here to read reviews first. Bought my size and they don't fit at all I didn't even bother trying on the panties of the set, because the bras all fit so poorly. Spilling out the front and the sides and rides up your back. Since I now see that they do not do returns I'll probably just donate them to goodwill and hope they fit someone. Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore the Instagram ads and order elsewhere.
Do not order from this company. Orders are not received due to additional shipping costs added outside the subscription. Customer service is a complete joke. This company is a giant rip off.
I bought both period panties panties and fancy panties. Both didn't fit right. I bought my size according to there sizing chart. It fit the waist fine but the front part of the panties didn't cover me properly and I was sticking out and half exposed, even in the period panties. There were very uncomfortable.
Quality was worth the price, but not the gamble. The quality of the material makes the sizing inconsistent. I am a small. I ordered two items. One item fit, the other did not...5 pkg of rainbow 🌈 panties, looked so cute online. I struggled to pull them over my thighs (5'4" 130lbs) because there was no elasticity in the lace material. They do not exchange or refund. They offered me 20% off my next purchase. I said no thanks. Not worth the gamble of inconsistent sizing due to material.
I ordered from Knotty Knickers after having seen many ads featuring plus size models. I was impressed by the variety of the offerings as well as the size range and I've been excited to receive my purchases since I placed my order. To my dismay, many of the pieces do not fit. At all. Most especially the bralettes, which seem to have been made larger around the band with no further accomodations for larger busts. The ones that do feel low quality, as I should have (admittedly) expected as their prices are quite low, and I doubt I will see much wear from them.
I spent $300 in my first month plus year subscription and bought the monthly bonuses. Quality was so-so, but pricing was good, so I didn't care. Then they sent me a trio pack underwear an XL when I was a M. They wanted actual photo proof I got the wrong size, so I showed them the tags. That wasn't good enough, they wanted a picture of each 3 against my hand to show actual size comparison. Like, come on... I just spent $300 and subscribed with my visa to your company, and they're treating me like I'm trying to scam them for 3 free panties worth $14.99? Can they not look me up and see how much money I was spending on them? I sent the photos and it took them 3 months to send a replacement. I canceled my subscription because they couldn't see I was a good customer. You can't fix stupid.

Decided to go for it. Bought the Midnight Bloom set and a lounge robe. Followed the sizing charts for each item. Bra is way too big around the ribcage - beyond unwearable. Panties are perfect. These items are both nicely made and I would theoretically purchase again. Just a bit sad I cannot exchange an unused item for the correct size. The lounge robe I would not buy again. Definitely a you-get-what-you-pay-for item.
Worst product and customer service ever. Bought 3 outfits and an additional bra, all the same sizes. None were even close to the same size. Only one bra fit and their solution was to give me 20% off on new purchases! No thanks. Don't buy or buy big but then the bras cups will fit but not the band. Undies buy 3x larger than their chart recommends. Buy one so you see the low quality too.
I had the subscription for just over a year so my review is based on everything as a whole. As far as the actual underwear, they were actually pretty decent for the price. However, of the 3 pairs I got monthly at least one pair almost consistently did not fit as it was either too small or too big but 2 out the 3 ain't bad I guess. As far as delivery, On multiple occasions during my time with them (I want to say 4-5) they sent the package with a postage due so I would get a notice from the post office that they wouldn't deliver bc I owed around $2-$4 roughly (it varied each month). So I would have to go down and pay and pick it up. Each time this happened they would take days to respond and eventually offer a refund for the postage due or an extra pair in next months order. If I chose the extra pair it would INEVITABLY be either an extra of the exact same underwear I was already sent OR the next months order would be missing altogether. 🤦 At one point they owed me an extra pair, then messed up my next months order and didn't send it to the correct address, so the month after that they sent the 1 extra, 3 pair from month prior I never received, and current 3 pair so 7 total. 2 we're identical and 3 didn't fit. And they tried blaming me for the address being wrong (I had been with them for 1 year at this point and had the same address the entire time but apparently after a year I had entered the wrong address) I was very upset they didn't just apologize for their mistake bc clearly it was a typing error on their end, I even sent a screenshot of original email confirmation my info from the first order with the correct address. It was a long 3 month ordeal. I finally decided to cancel bc it was too much hassle in May 2022. Got the confirmation email saying it was cancelled and everything. Wasn't charged June bc I had ALREADY CANCELLED then I moved to a different city. and then suddenly I get a charge in July 2022 for the subscription. I email saying I cancelled over a month ago and have my confirmation email and everything and they DENIED ME EVER HAVING CANCELLED AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME saying they don't have anything on file saying I cancelled. I explained I dont even live there anymore so I won't even get the underwear and I can't just go to the post office in a town I no longer live in and sent them my cancelation confirmation and all they said was they just cancelled my subscription now so basically I'm just out of luck but if I ever want to return let them know. Ha not a chance in hell. Worst customer service ever. I can't even believe it's a real business. It's a joke.
Will never order from them again! My first months pair ripped with the first wear, I emailed them they responded and said they would make it right. They never did. Next month all lace and I brought it up to them I would like more cotton and out of the next 6 pairs 4 were all lace, 1 didn't fit, and the the other one was ugly. Don't waste your time and money on this company. If your a bigger person they do not take that into account with there designs.
I've been with them on & off for a couple of years, have never had an issue with delivery, getting wrong sizes, customer service top notch & canceling was very easy & simple. Underwear are not not the best quality but for $3.99 what can you say. With shipping & 3 pairs around $13 no complaints

No use at all, and they don’t offer returns or exchanges on anything (even bralettes). I wish I read reviews first. Lesson learned. I would absolutely not use this retailer again.
