Sep 11,2023I have been a Knotty subscriber for about two years now. I love the variety of colors and styles, only a few pairs have been duds. Also love the inclusivity shown on Knotty's social media- as a man who wears women's panties ( there's more of us than you think) it's nice to feel welcome. I have read a lot of the reviews here, and I can honestly say I've never had any issues with the quality of the panties or with customer service.

Aug 24,2023I waited a month for my order. When I reached out to customer service I was told my street address was listed as "Avenue" instead of "Crescent", therefore I did not receive my package. (Street number, apartment number, city and postal code were all correct though!) They offered me a 20% discount to make up for it rather than attempting another delivery. Ridiculous.

Jul 29,2023Fast delivery. Great customer service. I’ve tried Woxers and Wirapa boxers but the Knotty boxers are by far the best in comfort. The best for moisture wicking so I wear them for spin classes, and under jeans for riding my horses. I love the lightweight feel and the choice of patterns.

Jul 24,2023No issues with my undies (i only wear the boxer type). Quality is great and the comfort... i will never go back to my old undies. The only thing is I ordered about 10 pairs of XL undies and mis sized one of them XS and i really wish the company would of at least checked if order was ok. But hey, it was my fault, gave the undie to my lil cousin

Jul 08,2023I've had a subscription for almost 2 years now and I have no real complaints. There was one year where I got a pair of undies that looked hand made. They were cute but not very practical. Other than that I've been pleased with what I've received. For $12 I wouldn't expect super high quality. They cover my lady bits, they are comfy and I ordered my regular size and have had no issues with them not fitting.

Jul 07,2023I wanted to try these underwear because I like Woxers but they're expensive; these are affordable. When I wrote for sizing help, I got an unhelpful reply telling me to read the sizing chart . . . which gives waistband measurements in cm. As anyone who has ever worn underwear knows, waistband measurement is meaningless; what you want to know is how it fits people of a general size. Anyway, I tried, and ordered a set of three, which is two more than I wanted, but they only sell three-packs. The underpants were HUGE, and so cheap, I've seen nicer underpants in 12-packs in the $1 bin at Walmart. The fabric is thin and cheap (and looks it too), the seaming is unprofessional with little threads hanging off. I wrote to ask if I could return the two that were still in their packaging. They don't accept returns even on unopened product. (WHY?) But the rep offered me a store credit for the full amount, so I thought, oooookay, I'll at least try some in the right size. When that replacement order arrived, though, the size I had selected in the cart was not in the package: they'd sent some that were much too small for me. (I'd ordered M, but got XS.) When I wrote to ask if I could return these -- completely unopened btw, you can see the size on the packaging -- I again got the "we don't accept returns" policy. Even though I got sent the wrong product? I'm sorry, but if a company sends you something that's not what you ordered, they really just have to take it back and make it right. I am very sorry I wasted $34 trying this company, but with any luck, this review will help prevent another person from making the same mistake.

Jul 06,2023I recently made a purchase where I somehow ordered the wrong size. I mean like 4 sizes too small and they will not allow me to return them. They are unopened, sealed in the package with tags. I told them that I was going to never purchase from them again if they didn’t help me out somehow, their response was “ shrug”. I could understand if someone had tried them on but they are completely unopen ! Ridiculous terrible customer service. Also the underwear that I did order correctly is the worst quality u derwear ever. With no stretch to them. Very uncomfortable. No wonder they don’t accept returns.

Jul 01,2023Tried to cancel my order and had recieved no notification of shipping. Was told it was too late, and it had shipped. Tracking link provided never worked, just showed a map of Toronto. They are very comfortable but very very thin poor quality material and poorly made. Wearing the first pair today, I have somehow ripped a seam and have a big hole in the side after 1 hour.

Jun 11,2023The fabric is awful and they are sized wrong. I would never buy these again. I normally buy Woxers and take a size M (I wear a size 6 jeans, am 5'8" tall and weigh 130 lbs) and the KK that I got are so tight that my cat could wear them.

Jun 02,2023These ride up badly. They are cheaply made and there is no option to return them even brand new in the package (only tested one pair). I would look elsewhere.

Jun 01,2023I love it. For the price you’re definitely getting decent (not phenomenal quality) underwear for sure which is why I gave 4/5. For $3 per underwear you can’t expect super Victoria’s Secret high quality. I’ve had my subscription orders delivered always on time monthly for the past year. Another arrived today. I haven’t had any issues. I love that its random variety and they’re cute style; it’s like an underwear lottery. Lol Sizing isn't always perfect/consistent but for most part it’s good; I’m a 3X. I get the thong pkg. Find those consistently fit better then bikini coverage style. I will say I hate the G strings when they throw those in, looks funny feels awful. Not a fan of floss underwear thx haha Overall, I’d recommend, just don't have your expectations super high when you’re only paying $3 an underwear. You get what you pay for, lets be real people lol

May 30,2023I gifted a subscription to my daughter. She loved getting new panties every month and they seemed to be decent quality for the price, but the third month the panties stayed at the post office with postage required. We paid the difference to pick them up and I chalked it up to a simple error. However, the next month the same thing happened. I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the postage due notices. I was met with demand for further receipts and felt as if I was accused of dishonesty. We paid the extra postage and picked up both deliveries, but canceled the subscription due to poor customer service. We decided that o subscribe to Splendies instead and couldn’t be happier!

May 17,2023*****Buyer Beware******Do not buy from this company. I followed their size guide and ordered a bunch of bras and underwear set. The underwear is the only thing that fit. They are very cheaply made. I ordered XL for bras as it says it fits a 38DDD completely wrong. The band is way too big, and the cup doesn't even hold half of my breast. Oh course there is no returns or exchanges, so now I'm stuck with a bunch of cheaply made crap I can't use, and refuse to give way because of the quality. Off to the garbage. Such a waste of money! It should also be noted, I posted comments on their Facebook page, to have it deleted time and time again. This company can not be trusted.

May 16,2023I give these 4 out of 5 stars because like many have said, the elastic waistbands are too tight mind you I have a cushy belly. and the sizes are a bit inconsistent, but I like that because I order small but my waist isn’t the same every day. Other than that I love the variety, I got my best friend into them too, we look forward to our deliveries every month and the price is well worth it

May 16,2023For the most part I loved the boxers I ordered. The band is a bit wide on them but who wants underwear you can’t dry. I ordered a bra and knew just looking at it the sizing was off. I have contacted them to see what they say. So we will see how the return process is. Update: I was offered to return the bra but decided to give it to my sister. I don’t know my reference number for my order so they are telling me they will remove my comment 🤷♀️ who keeps the reference number once you get you stuff certainly not me. I did contact the company and here is my reference number 2028218

May 14,2023EDITED. Wanted to changd my review. Contacted the company and even tho there are no returns they gave me a credit enough to purchase a new pack. Ordered all the same kind and they look pretty good so far. So definitely a 5 for customer service. Had the same experience as many on here with fit :( I have emailed but just today. After seeing this I doubt they will get back to me. Wish I had looked here first :(

May 09,2023I ordered two packs of three underwear and a pj set that was a discounted add on. The pjs are nice and I'm happy about them, however none of the underwear fit. Out of a three pack of boxers, all had a very tight waistband and the seams on two pairs weren't even finished. Holes! The three pack of low rise panties were so tiny they didn't even cover my butt. No returns, no customer service. I would never order again and would never recommend!

Sep 14,2023They are awful. They used to be great about 5 years ago.. now they cater to obese people only. They replaced the real models with random obese women.. the quality has completely diminished to nothing. Don’t waste money here.
