I had been subscribed to Knotty Knickers for about 6 months, and was considering cancelling due to poor quality of the underwear. They had some cute and cheap lingerie around Christmas and I thought I would add additional items to my order (wanted to surprise my partner). To date (Feb 23), I still have not received a package. I have been on top of customer service, and they claim to have tried to send three packages (including two replacements) — none of which have reached me. The rep I am dealing with eventually admitted that it is “not in company policy to refund.” Ridiculous company, will not be purchasing or subscribing again.
I liked the panties better than their competitor, so I kept my subscription for a few months. However, their site is not user friendly. I had an order issue and the customer service department was not helpful, so I cancelled.
I got my order but one panty came with a weird brown stain all over it. The sizing is completely off-- medium is not a pant size 8-10 like it says. Do NOT trust this company. The website says cotton linings/gussets on the panties. Definitely not. If you want cheap, one use underwear buy it from ali-express, it's the same stuff. Plus the customer service is impossible to deal with, and sends copy-paste responses. Oh, and they reactivated my subscription without my consent. So be wary of that. Remove your payment details from the site, because they might just keep charging you.
Customer service is awful. I was trying to cancel my subscription but it wasn’t working on the website, the cancel button was not responding. It took 3 days to get my subscription cancelled through the customer service email. They told me multiple times I had to to it through the website even though I told them in my initial email the website isn’t responding. They clearly don’t read emails properly. During the time I was trying to cancel, my card was charged again and an order was processed. I emailed them within hours saying I want a refund and the order cancelled as I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions. They said they can’t do that, the order has already been processed. So even tho I am moving this weekend and won’t receive the package, I was trying to cancel my subscription and didn’t want the order, they will not refund me. This company cares about money and not customers. This was my third time using this subscription service over the years and I will not be a returning customer
I never received the panties and when I contacted their support they told me all sales were final. So I'm left with 5 bucks less and nothing to show for it besides some really nasty emails from rude customer service reps. EDIT - They're now trying to "get information" on my review? It's been nearly two years and they want an order number of trustpilot might take down my review. You seriously want to refund me after this long? So petty 🙄
I have been getting panties from knotty knickers every month for over a year, I order $24 dollars worth which is 8 pairs of underwear. I have never had any problems with this company! I have only received two or three pair that were to small so sizing is pretty much on target! Love the brand love my panties!
THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING ME. I have put in MULTIPLE cancellation requests, changed my credit card, and had my bank try to stop the transactions. Use bootybag.
The sizing is all wrong. I've always been a small to medium. Some of their panties are to small or way to big. The quality is also really bad especially withe the lace items. Most of the panties are one time use. Once you wash them they are done.
My subscription never arrived, I’ve tried chasing but the email responses I get are just generic boiler plate that don’t actually help. Update (28/10/2023): KK have just reached out to me asking for more information so they can ‘better understand my existence’! That’s nearly two years after my review.
Have not got my order.. still charged me for the next month order. Won't reply to emails.
They charged my expired credit card without asking me to update my information before putting the order through! I had been skipping the monthly orders because I found the quality getting cheap and their customer service is terrible so I hadn’t thought of them when I was updating any subscriptions I had with the new card info. My card expired 11/21 and they charged it on December 27th. Crave, Netflix, Prime.....none of the would proceed until I updated the new info......Knotty Knickers are scammers!
So this is a review long time coming, I bought the Halloween set in large around Halloween, and it’s now Christmas. I’ve been losing weight this whole time, and I now fit comfortably into a Victoria secret medium and sometimes even a small on certain items. These underwear from knotty knickers have not fit me at a single point, and are not even shaped for a human body honestly. Two of the pairs have zero stretch, and the skeleton hands pair is huge and was even big for me when I got them. So um… wth??? I also bought the bat bralette and underwear set and it is ALSO a nightmare and doesn’t fit.
My wife loves the panties but they are cheaply made. Fortunately they're not expensive. Unfortunately, it's hit or miss if you'll actually get them shipped to you. I had to cancel my subscription because even though I'm getting charged each month, they actually only ship maybe every other month. If you don't mind getting 50% of what you pay for, this is a great deal for you
Just got my first shipment. It arrived a week BEFORE it said it would. The underwear was the correct size and and okay quality. A 3/5 quality I’d say. But if I’m getting 3 panties a month, they don’t have to last forever and be extremely durable. I love them!
Can't cancel they say they cancel and keep taking money off your credit card
Customer service is VERY difficult to deal with— had to email many, many times just to change my address. Then once they didn’t update it as requested and sent it to the old address, it took several more rounds of emails to have it fixed. The underwear itself is very disappointing. A majority of the pairs would somehow start to fray and deteriorate the first time they were washed, and several times I punched holes in the waistband with my finger (with no nails!) when putting them on. They pride themselves on having accurate sizing (and insisting you must’ve gotten your size wrong when you say the sizing is off) but every pair is different. I’d get a pack of three— one pair is too small to get over my hips, then the other two are way too big and fall right off of me. I’m disappointed because I had such high hopes from all the reviews I saw on their website, but I’m assuming they filter out anything below a 4.
Horrible customer service. I emailed twice trying to change the parameters of my subscription and they never emailed me back. However when I blocked them on my credit card they won't leave me alone. The quality is very average---(that doesn't bother me much, it's not like they have to last 10 years) Plus side: The delivery's are timely and the patterns are cute.
Knotty Knickers thinks it is their right to charge your account for orders you made in the past at their discretion and not listen to the reasonable request to remove the order. They just helped themselves to my credit card. I ordered an add-on set to my regular order 2 months ago. I paid for it and received the set. The order was then duplicated by the company and they charged me again and sent it to me again with my next order. I emailed, asking them not to send the duplicate set and was told that it is too late and that they do not take returns. When I added the set 2 months ago, someone was able to add it to the package that was shipped before it was sent. I do not believe someone was unable to remove the duplicated set I was charged for from my package this month. I emailed Knotty Knickers the same morning that they emailed me about my package. Customer service does not seem to care that it is the same order and I only need one, which was ordered and sent 2 months ago. I only want them to either remove it from the package, or to return my money so I can send it back immediately. I have no intention of opening the packaging or trying on the merchandise as it is unnecessary because it is from a previous order. Watch out!
Knotty Knickers took 6 payments from my account and never received any product in return! I was told to check the post office and IF they had the package, to pay the extra postage and they would reimburse that but never did I get a refund from them!
