Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Apr 08,2022Products are great, good quality and comfortable. The customer service is also fantastic. I had an item I needed to exchange and it was hassle free. The only criticism is having to pay £5 to return the item when most companies have a free returns policy.

Apr 06,2022Love this lightweight riding jacket! It fits like a glove and you don't feel the extra padding crushing or poking at you. I haven't road tested it yet but so far I'm loving the feel of this. The thumb holes are also a welcome plus!

Apr 05,2022Ordered the Zephyr Pro jacket and Urbane Pro gloves using sizing chart on line. Items arrived quickly. Sizing was spot on. Both the jacket and gloves appear to be of high quality. Have not had a chance to ride yet this year so cannot give feedback on ride feel but first impression is that I will find no issues.

Mar 30,2022Although I haven’t had the chance to use the Knox Spectra Single Shield pants I ordered, I can comment on the customer service and it is second to none and something others should try to emulate. The pants I ordered were too large and I had to request an exchange. Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me with the return and made sure that I had everything needed to send back to the UK with no problems. She clearly communicated everything that was required and provided all necessary documentation. If the exchanged pair of pants are the exact same as the ones I returned, then I’m sure they will exceed my expectations. If you’re on the edge about doing business with Knox, then go ahead, and you will not be disappointed.

Mar 20,2022First thing I'd like to point about about Knox is that they only publish 5 star reviews on their website which is a bit unethical I feel. I've had to put this review here instead. I'm tall and skinny with a really long torso and narrow shoulders so I was surprised that the Urbane Pro MKII fit well and wasn't too short or baggy in places. Stretchy fabric ensures a good fit. It feels well made and a quality product with things like belt loops etc. My gripes however are: 1. I've been out on 2 short rides wearing the shirt and it's caused bad chaffing both times. Firstly there's no fabric over the top of the zip so it cuts into your neck. I think they could have gone with some softer fabric around the neck to prevent this also. I also found the CE label on the chest armour really cuts into you also so I've just removed it so hopefully that solves that issue. The fabric in general is quite rough so it's not particularly comfortable to wear, you'd certainly never forget you were wearing it. 2. When the level 2 armour is installed the shoulder armour digs into you especially when you raise your arms. 3. I wouldn’t call this a lightweight shirt as described, it’s noticeably heavy and it’s at least as heavy if not heavier than any of my other jackets with D30 armour in them EDIT: April 20th The stitching on the right cuff has unravelled at multiple points

Apr 13,2022High quality product and excellent service. Knox puts your mind on ease when it comes to motorcycle wear. I enjoy my Urbane pro MK2 jacket. Though I would recommend revising the size chart, as it was not right for me.
