Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Mar 15,2022I bought two pairs of gloves, a pair of Zeros and a pair of Handroid summer gloves, The Zeros were great from the off but the handroid came up small, both pairs were the same size, I contacted Knox, they sent me instructions on how to return the gloves, gloves returned and two days later the next size up arrived and were a great fit. Thank you Knox.

Unfortunately purchased a size too small, and had to return the product, also, unfortunately, the Medium size was no longer available, subsequently, Knox refunded the full amount, with speed and no issues at all. I look forward to repurchasing the Medium size shirt when new stock is available.
