Nov 06,2023During the sign up process, I used my main mobile number (around 4 days ago). Since then, I have been bombarded with fraudulent, spam and scam texts regarding 'undelivered parcels'. Absolutely didn't take them long to sell my phone number to fraudsters (unless they themselves have a fraud enabling division.

Nov 04,2023Advertises japan sms. ok. i buy a subscription. No japanese numbers available. I go into a chat with a customer service person "Furthermore, the number rental cost is $1463 per month excluding the subscription cost and SMS charges. Please note that with the number you can make/receive SMS to domestic numbers only." so it actually costs 1463 + the 15 dollar subscription. Extremely misleading

Oct 31,2023Its Great! I've been using Krispcall for my freelance job, and till date, there is no issues or any interruptions. The call quality is great and I can use whatsapp from the free UK number they provided. Plus its easy to use. And the best thing is great technical support whenever i needed them!

Shady business practices, can't access the account information, delete the account etc. Comments from the chat: "As you have not completed the signup process, the data will be deleted after few days." "Well, it might be deleted within 20 to 30 days by the system." "As I mentioned it will be deleted with the time frame of 20 to 30 days." "Please be advised that your information will be automatically deleted by our system within the next few weeks since you have not completed the signup process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused" Nah, not happy with this. Don't enter CC information here. They won't delete it; you can't delete it.. All very shady. The company is in Singapore; who knows what they do with that account info. Horrible experience.

Oct 16,2023BEWARE - Paid for services on the platform and they didn't deliver. Demanded that we still pay each month without any adjustments for not delivering the services we paid for. Krispcall.com even deleted our account without our authorization in retaliation for writing this truthful honest review. BEWARE Save your money find another platform if you are serious about your business.

Oct 11,2023The ease of use and deployment has been very helpful for our team as we're just getting started.Although customer service is fast and resolves problems, they sometime sound very robotic, and they repeat the same information over and over again. Plus, they don't have call conferencing feature plus many fuctions are limited in essential plan which is very much a burden for startups like ours

Sep 28,2023Really poor user experience, they charged money before even their services were available to Uk for free. Im trying to navigate my way out of this membership and refund. No real response, It makes me to recognise they just want your money and want you to give up on chasing your refund. Also somehow my email information has been shared with a similar company just immediately after i have registered with them.

Sep 19,2023KrispCall is great. I used krispcall after moving to australia as I needed to keep my old number live while shifting over here. KrispCall made my transition to new place smooth and the porting was little tricky and time consuming but but it worked perfectly in the long run. Also the customer support team are super helpful and active.
