Its easy to use. Ability to put notes on each call is amazing. Plus it meets our expectation with the features. It would be nice to have a video conferencing as well.

the website is hard to use, you need to go through hell to have yourself verified, they take your money before you start the verification and the verification process itself is complex, there's a lot of better competitors i have 5 Companies and i looked over 10+ Solutions to update to for the companies calls, and Krispcall landed as the worst in our internal list

However, occasional call quality issues during peak hour are downside, though there is no serious damage done.Overall, it's a solid tool for managing international clients.

I got to say, this phone system is pretty awesome! The service they provide is just great, and the team is super friendly and quick to respond to whatever we throw their way. Their pipedrive integration is a game-changer. It's miles ahead of our old telephony setup. Plus, the feature that lets you jot down notes during or after call in Krispcall is a real winner. What's even cooler is how those notes sync up instantly with the call info in pipedrive. Makes everything run smoother, we're loving it!

What stood out the most is the great support team -- they've been super helpful & made our experience hassle free.
Terrible service. By the time my documents were processed for my number, that number had been sold to someone else. They then gave me a different number which they couldn’t add to my account. Useless. I deleted my account without having the ability to use the service.
Just so many better virtual sim companies out there dont bother with them, go to numero or somewhere else like that

Dec 20,2023Overall, it's a good service, but it has several major problems: 1- There is a subscription fee for using the panel, which is not common worldwide. Usually, fees are charged for services, not for using a control panel! 2- The control panel uses Google's reCAPTCHA V2 for login, which is extremely annoying! For instance, I never register on sites that use Google reCAPTCHA, or even if I have registered before, I avoid logging in because it's really time-consuming and ridiculous. Sometimes it gets stuck and doesn't pass. Imagine if you forgot your password and had to enter Google reCAPTCHA every time you try to log in. It's a disaster, taking an enormous amount of time and energy! Honestly, I avoid entering any website that uses reCAPTCHA unless absolutely necessary 3- The control panel is generally good, but sometimes displays irrelevant errors! 4- The mobile application doesn't use native technologies and doesn't perform well. 5- The support service doesn't really do much for you. If you have a problem, their attitude is like 'it is what it is.' Overall, they don't make much effort to retain customers 6- The biggest problem is that you have to pay the numbers' fee monthly!!! Usually, people deactivate their cards for online purchases after making an internet payment to prevent theft from their account. This means you have to log into this site every month and spend about half an hour of your time and energy just to make a two-dollar payment !
