Feb 18,2021Lakeside are always prompt in their reply to queries as I had a problem with a duplicate payment, which was dealt with immediately. They also under promise and over deliver when it comes to service, meaning you are never disappointed as things always arrive earlier than expected.

Feb 18,2021Previously my partner had been buying DMC threads from Amazon for around £2 a piece. I found Lakeside Needlecraft while searching around for DMC threads, they only charge 70p a thread! Dispatched very quickly, especially during the current climate and posted with 1st Class. Well packaged and lovely threads! Could not recommend highly enough!

Feb 24,2021I had a few minor issues with my order (out of stock items and one item sent in the wrong colour) but they were resolved really quickly, with the cost of returning the incorrect item and of the out of stock items being refunded in full. This gave me confidence to place a second order, which arrived with no issues at all. Would definitely order from this shop again in future.
