Apr 19,2021Lakeside are very prompt in fulfilling my orders and keep you in touch as to when they will be dispatched by emails. i can recommend them and it has been so good to get my embroidery silks even during lock down. Iwill always shop with them especially as shops like theirs are hard to find

Apr 15,2021The customer service of Lakeside Needle craft is some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve ordered from them a fair few times now and every time my packages are dispatched in the said if not less time and are always well packaged and protected if needed. They have a vast range of everything I need or could want and then even more and I honestly look forward to my next order with them. I’ve even been having trouble receiving items via Royal Mail lately including a couple from Lakeside and they have been nothing but pleasant and helpful through the whole process of contacting Royal Mail getting the investigation sorted and then getting replacements sent out to me via a better tracked system to hopefully negate the possibility of Royal Mail losing it and it’s worked I’ve received my replacement items and another order from them since with no hassle from RM. Anything out of stock they’ve contacted me for options of different items, or whether I want it added to my loyalty points and given the amount I’ve been ordering lately I was more than happy with my options. I will continue to order from them knowing they have everything I could ever need and that any queries or issues I may have in the future they are more than willing to help.

Apr 01,2021I placed an order back on 12th March. Order arrived very quickly, but I ordered 2x aida cloth only 1 arrived. I have sent numerous emails to ask what can be done to rectify this as it is on my order and I paid for it but I have not had a response nor to my message on Facebook. I will always try to support local and small businesses where possible but not with this level of customer service. This was not my first order but definitely my first issue. Won't be using again. Update- this has now been resolved satisfactorily - thank you!
