Mar 19,2021Hi Kate, My order was just delivered and whow it is exactly what I wanted. Comparing the color list to a DMC floss number was great and i received what I needed. Sometime the color from your picture to my monitor makes it hard to figure the right color. Karen.

Mar 10,2021Easy website to navigate and order from. The website always has up-to-date messages on it explaining processing times during these difficult times. You always receive via email order and dispatch notifications. I have emailed in the past with a query and Kate gets back to you very quickly. It is my first place I go to for stitchy goodies and I have recommended to a lot of my students who have taken up stitching in lockdown. Far better price point than high street stores.

Feb 25,2021My first order for DMC threads. Found the ordering process lengthy and frustrating. Had to click on each colour and open up a second window to add item to basket and unfortunately - due entirely to the pandemic, I'm sure - was unable to get thru by phone for advice. During checkout the system froze - after I'd input my credit card card details. However my frantic email was answered straight away by Kate who assured me the order had been received and that my details had not been compromised in any way. Threads were received well within timescale - actually much quicker than expected - excellently packaged. Will have no hesitation in ordering again or recommending Lakeside Needlecrafts.
