Dec 12,2017Excellent service and prices from Kate at Lakeside Needlecraft. Very helpful and super fast delivery. I did my order for a 186 threads and they were posted out that same day!! Plus I was able to use my loyalty points off the order and free delivery. Yay! It's great to find a shop that goes the extra mile for it's customers. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who loves needle crafts.

Dec 11,2017I have ordered a few times from Lakeside Needlecraft and have always received a 5* service. If ordered early enough, the orders are usually dispatched the same day, if not, they will be dispatched the following business day and always First Class post. Not only is the service excellent, the product range is too, they carry every DMC thread going (the only ones I use) and the majority of the items for sale are cheaper than the manufacturer. Will always visit Lakeside Needlecraft first when needing to make a purchase.

Truly excellent customer service, and this happens every time I place an order whether it's large or small. Not only do I get my order super quick but the prises of the DMC Embroidery threads are the cheapest I have found anywhere in the U.K. I will certainly be shopping here again and again.
