The service and communication is amazing and the prices are better than most, In fact ordered lots of times and every order was so brilliant, Its my go too for supplies as I can't fault it for anything..

Aug 14,2021Ordered an absurd amount of DMC Thread for a large cross stitch project I'm about to start (which I would like to add were in a sale!) - Website was clear as a bell, received updates via email about the status of my order as it was processed and dispatched. I've previously ordered from them with very happy results, and my latest order with over 70 items in it was sent to me within two days of ordering. Couldn't be happier with the service to be honest. Highly recommend.

This time I was shopping for my next cross stitch project: I bought about 30 threads from their DMC range, plus some mottled blue evenweave from their beautiful range of dyed fabrics. They keep you notified as your order is processed, from receipt to dispatch. I am so pleased!

As an example I forgot to add an item to my basket before checking out. When I contacted them, they agreed to add it to the order for me and deduct the equivalent from the loyalty points I'd accrued. Great service from a great company. Will definitely carry on ordering from them.
