Order my materials for embroidery and cross stitch from this shop. Excellent prices for threads and fabrics, and great communication from receiving your order to dispatch. Good range of tools and accessories as well. The only shop I will use for any future projects, cannot recommend enough

I ordered some DMC floss for a cross stitch project. Great prices and a brilliant range of stock. Very fast delivery and all items arrived as expected! An added bonus was all the packaging was recycled or biodegradable. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Great service as always from Lakeside: quick turn around and good communication. The shop also has a good variety of items for sale, a shortcoming with so many on-line shops. Price is good but as from 2022 we now have to pay VAT in Ireland on all items emanating from outside the EU which does unfortunately increase the price a little. It is difficult to find embroidery products in Ireland however, so I will continue to shop here.

Another wonderful experience from Lakeside Needlecraft. I always get anxious when ordering a large amount of different thread colours, but they were spot on, and speedy delivery. :) Would definitely recommend, thank you for supporting my embroidery passion!

Iv ordered a few DMC threads for cross stitch patterns and to add to my collection also. The service is fast, ordered Thursday, the next day posted, ready to sew Saturday when they arrived. Easy to use and good on prices Used them a few times and you collect points which is a nice bonus. Will continue to use them and recommend. They do a selection of kits good for gifts

Very good, very good. I love it, from the moment you go on the website, the choice of kits, fabric, thread, beads spoilt for choice. I bought kits & other items, I like the way, they send you a update about your order, keeping posted, it's delivered by the postman through the letter box. Lovely, I can recommend their website for any one who likes to cross-stich.

Having been let down by an Amazon Marketplace supplier I re-ordered direct from Lakeside Needlecraft. Despite a small delay, which they kept me fully informed of, they completed the order and supplied the product I had been looking for. Great Service and good quality product.

Always excellent customer service; which is rare these days. I emailed a query to Lakeside and had a response within hours, I was not expecting a response till after the weekend, (this was a Saturday). Items are always well packaged, delivery times are excellent. Fab website to navigate with a wonderful choice for stitchers. This company is always my first port of call for any new project, or to see what's new.

I can not fault this company at all they're one of the best I've used most of my purchases are for my wife who due health problems can not visit busy shops and buying on line means she can keep one of her hobbies going all orders are dealt with quickly and they're nearly always here within a week I would recremend lakeside to anyone

Fantastic service! I placed an order on the 29th December, was informed on the 30th that an item was sold out so I chose an alternative and the order was dispatched. It arrived this morning! Less than 24 hours after Dispatch! I use lakeside needle craft for a lot of my crafting purchases as I find them to be brilliant value for money and always good quality and this time was no different. Thank you!
