Having used Lead Forensics for around 8 months now, we have found it easy to set up and make use of thanks to the UI and to our account manager, Richard Paice - he has walked us through set-up, offering us great hints and tips along the way for most effective use and is always keen to help. LF provides great feedback for our sales team, in that they can see companies they are contacting visiting the pages they have provided links for, and offers a good indication as to when to re-contact. It's good to see new businesses coming on to the website and be able to filter for relevance, plus receive notifications when those businesses have visited particular pages, allowing us to prioritise our calls. We are now also using it to determine website page effectiveness, and are investigating the new Hubspot plug-in integration.

We have had a good experience using Lead Forensics. They have provided us with good support through the set-up process and our Account Manager, Jane Yule, has been very helpful. We got our first sale last week as a direct result of using the service, which more than pays for the subscription. We already have Chat tools and this service compliments it.
Great tool if you need to capture information about your website's visitors, find out the company's details, and get custom reporting daily! Brett is always just an email/call away when we need him, helping with training on how to make the most out of the LF. Very approachable and helpful with our enquiries.
Lead Forensics is such a good system to have installed and tracking the website. It has allowed me to track traffic through the website and follow up on leads that either may have previously been lost or never knew existed. And Makala has helped to make the whole process flow incredibly smoothly and is always in touch via email or phone with any issues.
