It is simply a brilliant product that has been incredibly beneficial to our company, providing real-time updates and analytical data on our website visitors, along with insightful business data (such as #employees, turnover etc). This informs our sales strategy, allowing us to make more informed decisions when marketing towards these demographics. Jordan (our personal Success Manager) is a legend! Sep 20,2022Lead Forensics is a great bit of software that helps us gather more leads. From onboarding to now, the Lead Forensics team have been very helpful and keep in touch regularly, without being overpowering. Our customer success manager, Troy has been invaluable in helping to limit manual processes and is responds to any queries ASAP. We would like to see further development of the software, for example increased phone/email contact information and the ability to automate first contact emails in a bid to increase our capacity to follow up warmer leads in a more tailored, detailed manner. We would recommend any appropriate business to trial Lead Forensics as it has been a worthwhile investment for our company.

Sep 13,2022After I posted a review before, the Spam stopped but it has recommenced today. We got no less than 5 separate emails to 5 people in the organisation using emails that they have just guessed. They all came from Amy Thomas. I just can't see that I would ever use a company that thinks that spam is a good way of generating customers.

She was always very helpfull and dedicated in helping us to have the best use of Lead Forensics tools. She questioned our way to use Lead Forensics to give tailored answers and offered us a lot of tips in this respect. Oct 27,2022Lead Forensics helps us to identify companies that visit our website, enabling us to target new leads with cold campaigns, see which of our prospects are visiting, and see what journey they take, so that we can learn what content is important to them. The automated reports are very useful and are a feature that we plan to use even more. In addition, Luke (our Customer Success Manager) and other team members that we have spoken to are very friendly and helpful.
