Sep 05,2022Very promising software which will help us gather more varm leads and get in touch with customers that are actually interrested in our products. Like others are mentioning, we can now also adjust PPC campaigns based on what we know about the customers and reduce costs there going forward. Been also very satisified with the follow up by Oliver Roberts during the whole pre-sale journey and after! Can recommend Lead Forensics to anyone looking to get more leads! This is such a valuable tool!

One thing negative, several people at LF has been trying to contact me to sell the product, though we already are a customer, that's a bit annoying!

Aug 04,2022Lead Forensics is an extremely powerful and robust tool. However, in order for it to work it's magic, your digital marketing strategy and traffic to your website NEED TO BE AT FULL CAPACITY. Without significant traffic to a company's website, the tool is essentially useless. If you are receiving significant traffic to your website, then the platform is worth the investment as it provides insight to your traffic and allows for easy filtering of qualified leads with a human approach—which has the potential to be very lucrative in ways beyond capital. For me personally, it was not worth the investment because I am not generating nearly enough traffic to justify the spend. This was evident early in my contract and on top of a bad financial year, I was hurting. My advisor, Olivia R. was an absolute gift. She was so incredibly kind and understanding of my situation and alleviated a lot of stress a few times, while also making the platform more usable. When the business is set up for LF, I will reinvest and I will insist on working with Olivia—thank you for all your warmth.

We receive a trigger report on what company landed on our page and which page/what time/day/their companies details, so that we can contact them specifically for what they are after. Luke Shaw, our LF Manager is always eager to help us and very helpful if we have any problems.

Jul 14,2022An excellent system for tracking website views. The system provides lots of detail and helps to avoid a lot of research. I am confident that we will be able to win new business as a direct result of our new marketing tool. Cody Page helped to guide us through the system. Cody's presentations and training sessions were well prepared, well structured and easy to follow and understand. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was able to give experienced examples of good practice. It's early days for us, but so far we are very happy with our decision to invest.

Jul 08,2022Spams my email in box on an almost daily basis. Emails and emails asking to call me. On 7 occasions now i have requested they remove me from their database. Each and every request is ignored. No regard for who they are bombarding with emails. Total ignorance of GDPR.
