Below is a list of email domains that I have received spam emails from this 'business' which they use to relentlessly spam anyone on their contact list - there's a clear and deliberate attempt to side-step corporate email spam filters here. Constantly receiving unsolicited emails from numerous members of staff. They should be investigated by the Information Commissioner for data misuse.
This is a very bad company that pretends to customize the experience and then forces you into a standard tool. Lots of issues with the tool itself: the integration with Hubspot is a premium and is not included, the design of the platform is very poor. The data you get is not that actionable or precise. The customer service: the customer service is very poor, the customer success team forces clients to stay onboard even if your company is not using the service and the platform anymore, and this despite several call that have for objective to cancel the subcription. Lead Forensics claims that you keep the access even if you are not using it anymore and that you need to remain a customer. In addition: - Lack of personalization or attention to the customer's individual needs - Inability to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Failure to follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the solution (pretends that they can improve the service to match your expectations through numerous calls, and then they do nothing and they force you to keep your subscription) - Disrespectful, dismissive, or unprofessional behavior by customer service representatives - Failing to provide clear and detailed information on the cancellation process.
I hate them. They keep on spamming. I'd rather die than use their product. If someone in front of me told me he works at Lead Forensics I'd punch him in the face. You guys suck, go home!
The interface for lead forensics is straightforward to use. The trigger report feature is my favourite, after the leads are categorized I don't have to worry about sending them to the relevant person daily. After one quick trigger report is set up, they are sent automatically.
Leadforensics convinces with leading technology in IP backtracking. For us as a medium-sized company, the supervised onboarding had a high added value. Through our personal advisors, we are always made aware of new developments and always feel well looked after. Our outstanding customer advisor is Mark Lawson, who is always friendly and motivated.
My experience of Lead Forensics has always been good but Mark Lawson has made our journey so much better, the support we get is faultless and Mark is consistently available to assist with any issues or advice needed.

I have been using lead forensics for around 11 months now for 2 websites, Dovetail Group & CR Lewis. Throughout this time, the service has been stellar. Mark Lawson was assigned to handle my websites around 6 months ago and he's been no less than brilliant, incredibly informative and coherent. It's transparent that he knows what he's talking about and he is well educated in the field. It's quick and easy to call for a meeting with LF, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you're in a good position to see the benefits of their software. For me, as a marketing manager, Lead Forensics has enabled me to see the companies that visit the website and the key words they used to get there. This has lead me to revise my SEO and PPC based on the desired customer as I now know their search terms, this is an overpowered tool for marketing. I couldn't have done it without the help of Mark & Lead Forensics.
