Initially we were sceptical about how businesses would respond when contacted, but following advice from the Lead Forensics team we found a way that was honest and generated response. Simple to install, platform is straightforward to use, support always there when we need it. Proving pretty successful for us.

Jun 19,2024A great tool to find out who and what companies are visiting your site or sites - allows you to focus on your core clients and know exactly what they are looking for. Once you set it all up, you can get great info out - we changed our focus and reports on what we actually wanted after a few months of running it - allowing us to focus more accurately. I am sure that is a common thing once you see what customers are looking for.

Jun 17,2024The support crew at LF are first class, nothing is too much trouble and really keen to make the software work for you. I was sceptical at first but after the first view training sessions it became obvious how much value this platform would bring to our sales pipeline. Provides great insights on people visiting your website enabling you to focus your marketing strategy. You also get the added benefit of knowing what your competitors are looking at which is kind of cool. Wouldn't be without it now we are 6months in.

The fact that we can see all website traffic is improving our sales. Not only that it is also a great tool for our marketing team to be able to analyse the website for what pages/links may be underperforming. I really recommend Lead Forensics

Our customer success manager Rachel, is always prompt to reply to emails and assist with any help needed. Regular update meetings set up by LeadForensics are also extremely useful and you can decide what length of time you want between meetings, to your company's needs.
