Our account manager Chris Scott is excellent, hense the 5 star rating. Very promot to come back to me, always very helpful and sorts out any issues I might have. Offers ongoing support to help us with development. I would like a higher % of lead capture from the system, I believe at the moment it's only 25% of all visitors are captured, might be less? I understand we can't capture mobile users but more static users would be useful.
Just started using Lead Forensics and very pleased with the level of support to get us going. This has involved phone calls every few days covering the training and understanding our business. Very sophisticated software with great reporting capablity.
They promise great results but doesnt deliver, their sales people are pushy and would sell their own mum. The product doesnt work and it is populating alot of internet providers and almost 0 results!. They keep spamming me and refuse to close the contract, which i ask them to do, so far i lost 3,400 USD to them!
Avoid this dreadful company at all costs. They can not track website visitors as they say and once you're locked into a contract they will pursue aggressive legal means to stop you terminating the contract.
We keep receiving calls from these pushy sales people almost every day. We're on the TPS and still receive calls every day. I also receive unsolicited emails which would not comply with GDPR at all as it's to my personal email as well as work. I have personally contacted the relevant authorities to investigate further for both the calls and the emails and I would suggest that anyone in a similar situation should do the same. On more than one occasion I was called twice by two different people in one day! For a software company you would think you have a CRM which would stop this kind of thing from happening. Arianna
After being cold called numerous times despite being on the TPS register I decided to go ahead. The promise of extra leads for my business seemed like a great prospect. As a small business it was quite pricey but cheaper than other avenues if it really worked! After a few telephone calls with one of the sales people who's name escapes me I went ahead. The chap on the phone was very nice however once they had my money i never heard from them again. I used the platform for a little while but had no real success. The concept is good however I have recently found another company that does the same thing but much better results for a fraction of the price! I tried to cancel my contract even though I was at the end and the "account manager" Luke was borderline aggressive with me on the phone asking why and telling me I was doing something wrong. Overall that telephone call was very belittling and left a very sour taste in regards to this business and made me question their practices. I have no doubt that it's not Lukes fault of how he spoke to me that day but rather the business itself and how this is drilled into them. I would not recommend it in any way shape or form and I would also recommend that someone investigates the cold call lists.
Great product with a lot of potential and always received excellent support and service. The LF platform can be a great tool if used and set-up in the right way. If new to the platform I'd recommend speaking to Laraine Sturrock who's knowledge, understanding and patience in ensuring you are making the most of tool is second to none!
We do not get enough traffic to our website to warrant this service and this should have benn made clear at the start. we are paying £240 a month locked into a contract which we asked to terminate as it wasnt producing enough leads but they just threaten us with legal action. We did manage to negotiate a 3 month holiday. . Think very carefully before you do this and undertake research before taking it out.
Lots of promise but hasnt generated any income as of yet nearly 6 months in I feel you could get a much better return on investment from other marketing mediums
An excellent and invaluable service for businesses looking for fullest visibility on their web traffic via an excellent web portal - and I particularly like the way you can receive a daily email with info on website visitors. LF gives us the ability to see exactly which company has been on which page of our site - showing full details on them, company info, web links etc. More than the web-portal however, LF staff take a proactive approach to engaging with their clients to ensure the service is working for them and they are getting leads and business from it.
