Be very careful before you sign up. I signed up after having a call with 'Alex' who showed me how the back end of their website works. He installed code on my site despite me saying there was little point (as I don't use the site for lead generation - its more for credibility). A week later he called again and confirmed that my own website visitor count was very low. I instead discussed that the tool would be more suited for me to use on my client's websites and that was, as I thought, agreed. However, once I'd signed up on the dotted line I was soon to realise that I couldn't use the code on other websites and that would cost further subscriptions. I've tried and tried to explain that I didn't want it for my website and so far the response i've had is 'well you're in a contract now' and 'our finance account team is very good and will chase you if you stop the payments' (obviously after I threatened this). When you try to have a conversation around this, you hit a brick wall because its clearly not in the script and instead they want to steer you towards reviewing the data that has been recorded - which in my case is next to nothing and unusable. I've not logged into the system myself for over 6 months and they've acknowledged this but still won't budge on the useless and pointless contract. I feel as though I was misled and I have now got my company solicitor reviewing the T&C's. Also - when you do get a 'hit' - be very aware that it can be from a large organisation (e.g. Shell or BP or your local council) - you try finding out who it was that looked in an organisation of 1,000's of employees! Its almost impossible.
Our business has started using Lead Forensics a good couple of months ago and it's safe to say this seems to have been a great investment, especially when it comes to taking lead generation to a new level! I get a call from this shambles of an organisation every three months despite telling them a) I'm not interested and b) I use an alternative service provider that I am more than happy with. The last time they called in July I advised them I would make a complaint to the ICO if they continue to spam me, guess what? More spam email from Sophie Edwards - "Client Executive" in August and again in September. This is the type of organisation that GDPR was designed for, they play fast and loose with personal data and simply ignore multiple requests to stop.
Chris Scott has helped our business out massively with setting us up on Lead Forensics after a restructure in our organisation. He's been happy to train the Marketing department up on the portal as well as help our sales team and show demos to them. Ourselves and Chris have regular catch ups in how we can maximise our Lead Forensics opportunities. We're really starting to gain traction and look forward to our ongoing use of the portal!
Keep getting calls from this company despite speaking to them on numerous occasions saying we are not interested. Still insists on speaking to the owner of the business.
Constant, relentless, personalised spamming For so long now I can hardly remember I have been receiving emails from this company, using my name and usually titled 'our appointment', 'our meeting' or similar sort of fake familiarity. I can assure you at Lead Forensics that 'our meeting' or 'our appointment' will never happen. For a company who by the sound of it provide web marketing services (I don't know, I have never graced their website), their own aggressive, unrelenting marketing strategy would suggest that they are absolutely crap at their sector, and expert at completely driving away potential customers like myself. In other words, they would be the very last company I would dream of handing over responsibility of my digital reputation.

Oct 11,2018I was convinced to trial Lead Forensics after I visited their website, and was followed up with via email... proof of concept from the very start. I've only been using the platform for a couple of weeks, but even in that short amount of time I've identified countless opportunities to add value to my business. The pricing is also very fair, as it relies on your website traffic, so it scales with your business proportional to the amount of leads it secures. Customer service has also been excellent. We negotiated a contract to suit our specific needs and the process was professional and frictionless. I was appointed Jazmin Mills as a customer success manager, and she's really helped with getting used to the software and answering any enquiries.
