Jun 05,2019Constant and ever-changing email domains as already noted by far too many people. As a professional trainer I have always advised people not to click on Unsubscribe links contained in emails from companies with whom you do not have an existing relationship, so for LF to use that as an excuse for breaking the law is, in my opinion, not appropriate. The very fact that they keep changing the sending domain in order to circumvent measures taken to block them is also a huge red flag to me. I believe that they are unscrupulous spammers of the worst kind, and I even worry that the positive reviews on Trustpilot have somehow been faked. I would never deal with a company like this, and I see that they have responded to many of the reviews saying that they will ensure that there is no more email sent - do you believe them? I don't - they also say that they are allowed to send spam if they think it is something that may genuinely be of interest - how convenient! I have been tempted to send them a notice saying that for every message I receive from this date onwards I will send them an invoice. That may get their attention!

Reading all the negative reviews from people complaining about spam... sort your notifications out! We only receive the data we require and for everything else our account manager is only a phone call away to help.

May 22,2019We've been using LF for 3 years now and their solution is a leader in the industry. We wanted a solution to track visitors to our site. After signing up we found that the service only tracked fixed IP addresses so can only provide information for about 30% of our website visitors, however for those that can be tracked the information is excellent. With every technology we've had some teething problems along the way but they have always been dealt with promptly by our Account Manager Vicky A. We got a good deal to use LF across our network of websites which provides our Sales team great insight into new visitors and visibility into those we've 'prompted' to return through our email nurture campaign. Not the cheapest product in the marketplace but you get what you pay for.

May 14,2019absolute nightmare company. they constantly change the name of the person, the e-mail addresses , country of origin and combination of all just to continually send you mails. I have never been in touch with these guys and would strongly recommend you don't even view their website .Shocking ignorance 28/5/19 Update since receiving the response. There is no simple option to opt out even though you didn't opt in!! . You have to contact them directly, which no doubt means you will continue to be harrased. I have received 15 different combinations of sender and e mail address and have had to block them. Once they realise you are not responding to those mails they create a new combination of sender and e mail address which you will have to block again. The response below sounds sincere. Believe me this is not a sincere company. Avoid at all costs! Further update for you 18/6/19 I continue to receive spam so decided to do a bit of digging. This company ues minimum of 86 variants of domain names from which they send emails. In addittion they use a minimum of 10 names per domain.. thats approaching 1000 combinatiins you have to individually block. Best way to get rid of these guys is to block the domains. Current list they may use is below. And this is a company that claims they dont harras but dont give you the legal requirement to unsubscribe! The following is the list of domains theve created since 2018. 86 of them! May 02,2019Constantly sends spam emails. No unsubscribe link included in their marketing emails and as a previous reviewer has reported, uses multiple domains, so their emails are not easily blocked. Does not remove email address from mailing lists when requested. Update. Yet another email from a new domain, this time lead-forensics-pro.co.uk. They say they sent the email to info@ my company's domain to get around GDPR but this email address doesn't exist. My email account was used in breach of GDPR.

Apr 26,2019The product is great, the customer care after the contract is signed is excellent however I found the sales process a little too pushy. The tool is very comprehensive and good training is given however it does rely on good traffic to your website for lead forensics to do its job.

Apr 26,2019Technology is very good and powerful in providing leads if you follow up! My experience of Customer Success is exceptional in that they help you use the technology but also help with marketing strategies and tactics. Only down side is in my experience, the initial sales approach is pushy.

Apr 05,2019Arrogant & Rude Salesman We have received 4 phone calls this week attempting to push your product onto us, having only explained to Stephanie last month that due to a number of ongoing projects it was not something we would be looking into and stating that should we consider this in future, we would contact Lead Forensics ourselves. This was also explained to Michael in September last year. In the unsolicited phone call we received from Steven this afternoon, he repeatedly pushed the product, regardless of the numerous issues I continued to bring to his attention, such as: we're having a new website built, we don't own the current site in order to paste the javascript for the 7 day "trial" & that our current lead generation is substantial for the time being, however, I was met with refutes to each of these points and at this point passed him over to my colleague. She explained that she had been contacted by Lead Forensics recently and had told them we weren't currently interested, but would contact the company should we decide in future to consider utilising them. After explaining this she went on to attempt to thank Steven for his time & tell him to have a nice weekend - but was hung up on. Extremely rude and pushy, definitely will not be considering any use of this company in the future. I understand the aim of the call is to make a sale, however, I would think it wise to take notice of the responses you are receiving and read between the lines to tell when someone is not interested, as when this is pointed out to your salesman, the call was abruptly ended. Please remove all company details you have on file for us.

Jun 06,2019Incessant spammers of the worst kind. I have asked them to stop emailing and had my IT support block three of their domains so far, but they have a whole stack of them to keep their spamming operation going. I have serious doubts about any of their positive reviews being genuine. They all sound like they've been copied from a template - instant red flag. I hope these people get prosecuted. Their behaviour is disgraceful and can't possibly be in compliance with GDPR.
