Jul 03,2019As a business we have used Lead Forensics for over 4 years now and I cannot recommend the software, and the service they provide, highly enough. My Customer Success Manager, Nicki Young goes above and beyond when it comes to getting the most valuable and actionable insights through our customer tracking. With the on-going support of Nicki we have seen an increase in commercial return and I always look forward to our scheduled calls to see what suggestions she has next.

Jul 02,2019Whatever you do - DO NOT sign up to Lead Forensics. We used this for around 5 months and then got absolutely no business from it what so ever. We then asked to get out of the 'contract' which was supposedly for 12 months. We were told that we are in contract until November - another 11 months as they gave us 3 months free. So £400 per month for 11 months = £4,400 when we told them repeatedly that the reverse IP tracking is not working for us. When you want to cancel they get their 'cancellations' team to try and persuade you that the last 5 months were just an anomaly and that the system really does work - LIES. Just like when you try to cancel car insurance you get through to that annoying department to try to tell a business owner that this software will work, when i have 5 months and £2,000 spent previously that it is not suitable for us and we want out. If they would have cancelled the contract then, this review would not have happened. What you get from Lead Forensics is reverse IP tracking showing some of the big companies in the UK and Worldwide. OK that's great, but try and get through to the decision makers! You can't. Moreover the issues of it not working for us, the massive issue is that we repeatedly told them that we want OUT of the 'contract' as we had spent £2,000 on their service with absolutely NO return on investment. Whatever you do, do NOT sign up to these crooks. If it doesn't work, you are stuck with it. We now have had court letters as i refused to pay and now we are going down the legal route. Again, my advice is do not use them. There are many other reverse IP tracking companies out there who offer NO contracts, of which i wish i had done my research. You have been warned.

My account manager Luke Shaw always goes above and beyond to check in with both me and my colleague every so often to see how things are ticking away. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Luke, always here to offer advise on how to use Lead Forensics and addresses any issues which I may have.

Andy has been incredibly supportive all the way through, always on the lookout for the benefit of our organisation and not theirs. A good reliable service that is guaranteed to boost your sales. Jun 14,2019Lead Forensics has been a valuable addition to our source list for lead generation. The new business that we have obtained from it has already paid for the service in the short few months we have been using the platform. Tom Mayhead has been fab and really looks after us setting periodical 'check in' calls at a schedule to suit us. He always shows us how to get the most out of the data and helps us really utilise the system. Already we have created some really good opportunities from the data and are looking forward to seeing what new customers we get from it in the future!

Some of its features are v interesting where you can now build your own pipeline and prospect new clients all within the tool itself. V. easy and intuitive tool to use. I was very impressed however, by the precision and especially the additional features that Lead Forensics platform offers compared to the other platforms, no doubt that these features help us maximize the actual return we can generate from this activity. I’d like to mention also the efficient onboarding process in which we were accompanied and trained by a Lead Forensics expert who actually built with us the whole process of how to obtain the maximum result out of this platform.

Jun 12,2019I really enjoyed working with John on the progression of how we would utilise Lead Forensics in the company and John's reliable scheduled weekly calls helped us generate and nurture more leads. Nothing is too much trouble for John in terms of offering training and advice whenever we require it and he also isn't afraid of digging in and finding out about barriers or obstacles that need to be overcome to achieve the common goal. Professional, knowledgeable and straight forward, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending John.

Jun 11,2019This company constantly sends spam emails. If you unsubscribe they bombard you with emails from random addresses. How is this even legal? I cannot see why any company would use them - in over 15 years I have never seen a business act like this. Avoid avoid avoid!! I don't see why anyone would use a company that works with some awful methods. To follow this message, the company offered to remove me from the list. I have blocked, hidden or requested this ten times yet they still bombard. It is shocking how they act - avoid at all costs!

We invest heavily in our web presence so Lead Forensics is a great tool for us to proactively contact prospects who have looked at our site. We have closed business from these contacts and compared to the commission we would pay for introductions Lead Forensics is very good value for money

Jul 05,2019We've had numerous unsolicited calls from many different staff members at this company (this is in spite of us telling them that we do not want to be contacted). The level of cold calling is off the charts and is certainly not appreciated.
