LF is more than looking at who is on your website, as it has the capacity to give your account/ sales team the direction on new prospect targeting and managing your customer database. The tool is great but the account management is even better in making sure we use it to its full potential. Our account manager 'Sarah Courtney' has been immense in making this tool deliver for us and with her help we have increased new customer acquisition and also won back lapsed clients. Her understanding of business integration has been second to none and with her help marketing has been able to make sure the process from lead gen to quotation is automated between LF and our CRM. Being able to score activity has helped to organise visitors and allow us to send out warm up campaigns. Great software and great partner for our business. Will not stop emailing me daily despite saying on the phone if I ever wanted to use the service I would call them, also use my filter to block them so they just use random names of people that don't exist to get through. They quickly went from a company I may have used one day to one I will never touch and will warn others not to engage them.
Evasive on the phone and won't explain what they are trying to do. A waste of my time this morning.
Just terrible. Aggressive and patronising sales staff who seem to think they are more knowledgeable about your business than you are. Ask them to remove you from their database? You haven't got a hope in hell. They flout the law and ignore all GDPR rules. Don't even bother replying to this review Lead Forensics, people have heard it all.
After little over 8 weeks using the system, with some excellent support from our customer success manager Michaela we have streamlined our sales process and converted a number of visits to our website. We had high hopes for the software, and it has delivered results quicker than we anticipated.
We've been working with Lead Forensics for nearly two months now and cannot fault their service. Max and Lewis have been extremely helpful and proactive, they really want to help you make the most out of their service. No question is too small and we have every confidence that if we encountered any issues (we've not) they would be straight on it to help us make it right.
Despite telling your parasitical sales team I'm not interested I still get mithering calls from them. Which part of the phrase 'I'm not interested' is difficult to understand? Really, it's not too hard to grasp. Allow me to help you "align your strategies moving forward". When somebody tells you not to contact them again it may be an idea to take them seriously. Apparently, Lead Forensics are a company that "takes data compliance extremely seriously and are compliant with all areas of GDPR" In that case I will "reach out to you again" in the hope once again that you will remove me permanently from your database with immediate effect.

Review for David West - my account manager at LeadForensics. He has been very helpful in trying to get our company using LF better and is determined to prove the value of LF. I appreciate his customer service attitude : finding opportunities not challenges and being quick to help. We have had LF for years to understand our customers' journeys a bit better but now we are having a refresher about using it more proactively. We have not achieved our goal yet but have a 2 week kickstarter plan David made us in place.
Unsubscribing doesn't work, blocking them doesn't work. If you block one domain they use many others to try and contact you. domains used so far... enterpriself.co.uk lead-forensics.msgfocus.com lead-forensics-email.com leadforensics-emquiries.com lead-forensics-pro.co.uk lfenterprise.co.uk lfoperation.co.uk lf-uk-b2b.com reply-lf.com trail-lf.com Everytime one is blocked, another e-mail from another domain appears. Lead Forensics, you are fully aware of what you are doing, I think that it is blatantly obvious that if someone blocks your emails, they don't want them, it doesn't mean keep hounding from a different domain as you are currently doing! You obviously have software that knows when a domain has been blocked so you start using a new one, keep this up and the ICO will be hearing about your tactics!
Have you noticed how many 5 star reviews they have from 1st time reviewers? Don't be suspicious of this I'm sure they are real. Absolutely a business to avoid! They send spam message after spam message trying to sell their services. If like me you've highlighted them as spam you've got to ask how many others do the same. Anybody spending money with them has got to ask themselves if there is any real prospect of them getting you any business.
After my manager heard about this company and they offered us a free trial, we were intrigued to find out more. After our trial was over, we were assigned a member of staff who was dealing with our trial. The member of staff was extremely pushy and bordering on rude to me. I told him we were not interested after hearing the price a number of times yet the staff member kept pushing for us to sign up. If I were you I would not sign up for a free trial and avoid this company.

Lead Forensics has become a really useful tool for us to track businesses to our website and create new leads when they've not felt ready to fully engage yet. We're developing our filters with Chris Scott there to qualify leads in even greater detail to our sales team and when the databases for some of the lesser well known countries of the globe get updated we'll be able to have a truly worldwide lead generation impact using our website as a B2B service.
A company to be wary of. Had a call from a lovely chap from this company explaining the benefits of the service and free trial. Sounded all very legitimate and potentially useful. He said he knew and had worked closely with our web developer a lot in the past. So I thought I'd just check with our web developer. Turns out they have never worked with them and have actually had huge problems with Lead Forensic spamming and hounding them. That "lovely chap" outright lied to me to make me trust him. Very dodgy, don't touch this company with a barge pole!
