Free next day del...instant email with details, and del from kernow to nth derbyshire by 9am next day. 5star review, which I am hapoy to give.

May 04,2024Leisure Outlet in Nottingham gone out of business ... contacted the Cornwall site Deborah quickly got the relevant information from me for the damaged Vango side panel, even though not legally their problem, arranged collection, repair and return - Free of Charge against Vango Warranty, saving me the trouble Can't ask for more. May 01,2024Our Vango awning had a leak and deflated. I contacted Leisure Outlet and they were extremely helpful. They liaised with the manufacturer and resolved this problem without a fuss. I can't thank them enough. Recommend them to everyone.

Deborah went out of her way to source two replacement air poles from a damaged awning even though it was just out of warranty. If ever I need anything else for the caravan I’ll coming back to leisure outlet first to see if they have what I need. Thanks again!

Jan 23,2024Unfortunately, I'm only giving a 1* review. This is purely because the customer service team is shocking. Brought a bike for my daughter, but thought this year I would let her build it with me. Only to open the box to find the seat scuffed. Contacted customer services who said they would see if they could get another one sent out to me. A month went by, so I thought I would chase this up. No reply. If they couldn't have got the seat sent out, they could have at least had the decency to contact me so I could try to contact the manufacturer.

Nov 19,2023Bought a caravan cover which turned out to be the wrong size. Returned it and return was acknowledged by company (10th October) and I'm still waiting for the refund (now 19th November). No response to phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Website appears to still be running.

Nov 10,2023My online order never arrived despite their confirmation of delivery within 3-5 days. All attempts to contact Leisure Outlet via telephone and email via customer service has received no response. It makes me think that the site is a scam and wonder why is Trust Pilot involved?
