Jul 29,2023Delivery was very quick. Assembly instructions for the bike were incomplete and had to figure a number of things myself. More items could have been pre-assembled and would prefer not to have to loosen brakes to insert the front wheel

Jul 28,2023sort out the facts with your carrier ie yodal who have a bad reputation on the radio lots find them aggravating and difficult to use on the other hand Royal mail excell them selves you need to realise it could be the difference i.e. to your take over to save the ship or company going under one day . I have seen alot of retail ships go down and its the nice ones that get it unemployment can be a devastating thing and relatives and friends also suffer

Jul 28,2023The fishing cape was fine for someone without a head. The hood is tiny. Material of cape is thin. Mihht be ok but haven't used it yet Delivery was fast and they kept me informed. I paid for next day deliver. Overall... A bit disappointed.

Jul 28,2023My item arrived damaged and after speaking to two of your advisors I wasn’t getting anywhere, was very unsatisfactory! However I rang a third time and spoke to a young man named Adam and he was brilliant! He arranged pick up of damaged item and got me a replacement delivered as quickly as possible, so avoiding a camping trip with my sons with No cooker! Many thanks to Adam but maybe it would have been better if the two people I spoke to first had been as helpful as Adam!

Jul 27,2023Tent was delivered promptly but when erecting it I found a flaw (sewn in groundsheet would not lay flat and if cots were used the seam would most likely split). After weeks of sending pictures and explanations to Leisure Direct I had to get my Credit card company involved to get a return organized but then Leisure Direct would not do a refund so once again I had to get the credit card company involved to get my money back. Absolutely horrible customer service and all they do is try to blame you and say you don't know how to pitch a tent.
