Jun 27,2023Not the best company to deal with orded, daughters mountain bike had to send a few emails after the stated 5 day delivery was promised the bike would be delivered next day as the warehouse manager didn't have the order , and yes it did arrive first thing next day ! Unfortunately though front wheel had a snapped spoke . So bike couldn't be used for her birthday! Did send the company a email with a photo of snapped spoke but no reply at all hence why am leaving this review and one star . Just wish a could leave a photo of the front wheel on here

Jun 25,2023Would rate 0 star if I could. Ordered and awning beginning of may and was due to be delivered 5-7 working days. 2 weeks went by so rang them for them to say it wasn’t in stock. They then gave me a refund which I am still waiting for nearly a month later and all they keep saying via email is ‘sorry about the delay’ ridiculous.

Jun 27,2023I ordered a bike from Leisure Outlet, which was advertised as having a delivery time of 3-4 days. Over a week later the order was still showing as Picked, but not despatched, so I contacted the company and was told that they weren't sure why it hadn't been despatched, but that they would print the order out and take this to the warehouse so it would be despatched that day. Five days later I contacted the company and was told that it still hadn't been despatched. Shipping was upgraded at my request, so I did eventually receive the bike the next day, 2 weeks after it was ordered.
